I always come to this location hoping it?ll get better every time. Unfortunately my experience was left with me double checking... the food and having to remind them, That they are missing sides!! This is the second time I've received the wrong items in my food. I said spicy not mild , when asked to why she responded with "... we thought you didn't want to wait 25 mins" I spent $55.00 to receive something else thought I wanted. By far the worstexperience the food is terrible the employees are terrible. I used to work for Popeyes I know you do half and half. Lazy is whatyou guys are, burnt mash potatoes asking me at drive thru what sauce I want and still not even give me any. The audacity , bebetter .... Read more

This Popeyes really has the worst customer service. The people who work there obviously do not care about their business or a... Manager is not performing. I have gone to this branch 4 times in the last 2 weeks at around 9:30pm. They are supposedly openuntil 10pm but at 9:30 1x - they did not have any chicken? No fries? Only tenders and biscut. 2x - Traffic Cone in drive thru/closing drive thru (I arrived at 9:34pm already closed. I went inside and was told they did not have any thing left. OnlySandwich and rice. 3x - 9:39pm upon pulling into drive way was greated by saying. We are closed in 5min. Only have a little bitof chicken left. No spicy, No biscut only rice. 4x - today at 9:25pm, This is 35min before closing and once again the drive thruwas conned off with a traffic cone. Wow! I wonder How this place stays open. I would be upset if I was franchise owner or I wasinvested in this business. Read more

Ordered take out, first they forgot my extra Mac & cheese. My husband went to get it but they didn?t even say sorry or nothing.... Second When we got home to find out we got a spoiled coleslaw! My kid took a bite and she said told me it smelled bad! So I tooka bite and yep! It?s spoiled! From the store to the house only take about 15 mins max and we didn?t stop anywhere. Read more

I do not eat a whole lot of carbs, but when I do want them, this is one of my go-to places! I must say of all the times that... I've eaten at Popeyes this was absolutely horrible, start with service no sauces even though three sauces came with what weordered, my son failed to check the bag, before we left, I should have double checked it, the chicken absolutely awful, dry itseemed like it had been cooked at 10:00 am this morning and served at 6:00 pm in the evening, even the legendary crust did nottaste good, I will not be going back, at least to this Popeye's location absolutely horrible experience, its not cheap $35 for 8pieces of chicken ???? I like this place. The staff often act like customers are just an annoyance - god forbid you order on the app- they definitely... don?t like that! The people here are friendly if grumpy at times. Nevertheless I like it. Best chicken sandwich around. Read more

This is the most unfortunate Popeyes. The worker at the window (8/9/2019 1:20 pm) was the most unfriendly worker. We ordered via... the Internet 20 minutes before I got there to give some time.. of course when I pulled up and told them my name, she rudelyspoke over me and said.. ?just a web order.. window 1). I drove up to the window and was handed a drink. I asked for sauces andwas told that with my six piece I?d have to pay for anything above one. Not liking this, I paid for the rest of the sauces.Within 10 seconds I was told ..pull up hold on wait where are you going? My food was handed to me as I was 3/4 pulled off away.Let me check my food.. of course it?s for able from DoorDash. Not Venus from web. I go back in and whoops, my web order has noteven been started. 10 minutes later the manager comes up to give me my food. She seems very nice and quiet and does not likeconfrontation.. she?s also busy.. which is why she says this can?t be dealt with. I shared with the lady she was rude to herface so there?s nothing the manager could?ve done anyway. Her and the line cooks in the back were working very hard and veryefficiently. I luv this place. I get the chicken sandwich every time and it is consistently excellent. I've tried many of the sides and... they are all good. My favorite is probably the coleslaw. They also have the best dessert - chocolate beignets! They are notavailable all the time. Read more
