They can?t get orders right! I came at a less busy time around 1200 on a Sunday and they lady at the window couldn?t understand... what I was asking and she was soo quiet I could barely hear her. Today the messed up the order twice corrected it, and thenstill gave me the wrong item. I understand things happen but this is a constant thing and about half the time now they mess upthe order. When we got in there we had to wait a while to get somebody to take an order and all of the sudden 2 of the employees started... arguing, but the manager claimed them down. After we order we waited some more but there was this 2 beeping sounds that wouldn'tstop ringing so it was annoying to eat in there and the place wasn't very clean, they where out of napkins as well, but theemployee was nice. Fast accurate service given by kind and helpful employees. Restaurant and facilities were immaculate. I had the crispy chicken... sandwich and iced vanilla coffee. The crispy chicken sandwich was as advertised, and the iced coffee was a perfect balance ofcream/sweetener and coffee. Read more
Slow, especially during literal meal times (i.e. breakfast/ lunch/ dinner) and gets wayyyyy backed up with cars. Even the order... ahead was slow, we put our order in, drove there, and still waited 20min for food that wasn't even right. You can see from thephoto the sticker clearly said "no pickle" and yet someone went through the extra effort to put it on there... ???? If itwasn't one of the only options on base, I wouldn't go. Closes early at random, both the lobby and drive through. Food is poorly put together. Overall bad experience with this location
Decided to order a 10 piece mcnuggets meal with medium fries and coke today. Pulled up to the drive through, it was silent for a... minute so I decided to look at the menu. The cashier started speaking, so I started ordering, and then the cashier told me tohold up, then proceeded to ask me what I wanted. Ordered everything, the cashier told me to go to the first window. Oddly, didnot tell me my total, usually they would say "your total comes out to...". When I pull up to the first window, the cashier toldme the total is $10.33, and I thought I misheard, so I asked why is it so expensive. And the cashier said something along thelines that mccs charges them extra for fees. Pulled up to the second window and the lady said she has no clue she doesn't knowanything about the prices, and that it could just be cali prices. When I got home, I checked the prices online, and the mealwould've been $6.49. On top of that, they didn't give me a straw, ketchup or any napkins. Read more
Cashier was not helpful, had an issue with the app not loading a discount and cashier just blew it off and I got overcharged for... my drink, anyway its fast food so it was just ok, you know what you get here so what else is there to say. Read more
