Was just like every other trip to Jack in the box. I noticed their Ultimate Cheeseburger has shrunk in half over the years. It's... still good, especially with bacon on it, but the price has doubled and the size of the burger has been cut in half. Ain't that abunch. They probably have the best egg rolls in town, though. You know living in California you kind of take Jack in the Box for granted. Always around, easy quick drive thru, good food and... service! My brother lives in Connecticut and he couldn't wait to get back out to CA for Jack in the Box tacos, go figure! Read more

Today my husband went in to try to get lunch, he was waiting for 10 minutes being ignored, he asked the cashier(heavy set short... mex woman) if someone is gonna help him, this lady rudely told him ?no, we are not? then walked away, he had to wait longeruntil an older gentleman came from the back and help him, is not the first time we get this kind of service in this restaurant,I personally worked in customer service and rule # 1 is if you are not gonna do your job properly, than what are you doingworking with public, some ppl forget that customers make our paycheck. My husband is the owner of the construction company thatbuild this restaurant, we sadly to say what it has to come to, for this reason we will never going back, my husband isCaucasian, it shouldn?t be any kind of racism, he felt like a stranger in his own county cause all the personal in there isLatino it?s absolutely not right, it?s so sad!!!! This is an edit, my aologies to the buissiness. This was one of many establishments we visited during this trip. As always... whenever I'm in CA, one of my goto places for quick, hot, good food is Jack in the Box. Real good value for the money. Fast,friendly service & great tasting food as always! Read more
It's my 3rd bad experience at this Jack in the Box. I ordered a 7 pc stuffed jalapeño and they were old. The cheese was all... dried up inside. Never coming back . We need to stop supporting these type of businesses that don't care about the type of foodthat they serve to their customers. Read more
