Overall not sure I would come back. The store smelled weird when I walked in although it seemed to dissipate. The venue was... otherwise ok. The ordering was easy and food was ready quickly. The Classic Buttery Jack was a little weird, like they putgarlic butter and herbs on it. Who would do that? (Yes, that?s in the product description if you look it up, but who wouldknow when you order off the menu?) The fries were ok but not the best of what you can expect elsewhere. Read more
We stopped at Jack in The box this morning for four sausage croissants which are on special for two for $6 we got charged $21.51... for our sandwiches. Went back cause we had also ordered hash browns but nothing got settled. What a rip off!!! Read more

I don?t usually do this type of thing, but this experience takes the cake. I?ve only been here a few times, however every time I... do, they manage to mess up my order. I asked for no tomatoes, no grilled onions, and PAID for cheese sauce on my fajita pita.There was in fact no cheese sauce and they had added tomatoes which we specifically asked twice to not to put and no lettuce tobe found. When we returned to fix the order, there was about 1/5 part chicken and the rest lettuce and still no cheese sauce.Definitely a location I do not recommend. Read more
November 11th 2021 1:48 am. I drive up, a Hispanic woman is rushing to place yellow wet floor signs in the drive through so I... cannot drive in. Then she rushes to close and lock the store doors. I park and call the store. She answers and I ask why is thedrive through barricaded if it clearly says open 24 hours. She tells me they are on their break and the store will not reopenuntil 3am. I say all the employees are on their break at the same time for the next hour and fifteen minutes? She says yes. Iask if I call corporate and ask them if this is normal operations protocol will they agree, she says go ahead call them. I askfor her name, she says ?Jack in the Box? then says goodbye. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Typical of this location. The malemanagers during the day are helpful but the majority of the employees are disgruntled and are most likely doing foul things tofood to spite patrons. This is the worst behavior I have ever experienced at any establishment in my entire life. The ownershould be embarrassed at the quality of staff employed at this store. This woman needs to be reprimanded and terminated fromfurther employment with Jack in the Box. Read more
Very poor Jack. All tables dirty! What happened? During covid they cleaned tables after each customer now, they don't clean... them at all. Food was freshly made, but not very good. Not bad, like spoiled or old. Just not made good. Read more
