I rarely write any bad reviews but this place is just terrible. It took over 25 minutes to get seated. It took about 20 minutes... to order my food and 20 more minutes to get my food. When I finally got my food I found a hair in my food. The waitress ordereda new plate with food for me. It took 15 minutes to get my food. When paying my check I told the cashier about my wholeexperience she showed no concerns and seem not to care at all and very rude, ONLY GIVING ME 3 DOLLARS OFF . NEVER AGAIN TO THISTERRIBLE PLACE!!!! If you're looking to eat breakfast before 8am do not come to this place. My family and I got seated at 7:30am. There was a... total of four people in the restaurant. Food finally arrived by 8:45am. This IHOP will not tell you that there cooks do notarrive at work until 8:30am. So they keep everyone in the restaurant waiting for an hour while their food is not being cooked. During the hour we were sitting there without any food we noticed general disorganization Among the staff, dirty tables andseveral cockroaches run across the floor. They were not busy however I understand that most restaurants are working understaffed so I always take that into consideration.... However, I waited forever just to be seated and then just as long for the server to even acknowledge me. Once she took my drinkorder of coffee & water it was another 10 minutes before those arrived. I'm really not sure why I didn't walk out, I wanted toseveral times. I probably should have. Food was awful... most of it was cold, greasy or overcooked. Their menu is now seriouslyoverpriced. I had benedict eggs and for my daughter french toast.
Super slow work service. It took 20 minutes to bring coffee and they forgot the spoons and straws& forks. I had to ask twice for... it. And still writing for the food after 40 minutes Read more
This restaurant was okay. The service could of been friendlier. Server was like just interested to talking and asking certain... people how was their day or hows their food or can we do anything else in their language. For some of us that only speak onelanguage they could of been friendly at least. Just saying. At the end the manager was more friendly as we were leaving. Ourservice was not. Read more
