I love Dunkin? Donuts as a company, I think the coffe & food is great and the vibe is usually great too. However, at this... location, I don?t feel like they have good customer service, some of the baristas have even been blatantly rude to me. I used tovisit this location every morning and only ONCE did I leave feeling like the staff was kind to me. That?s sad, and I understandthat these guys come into work super early in the morning and that may be part of the reason they aren?t super nice but I justwish they could remember that ALL customers do deserve respect, and that customer service is a big part of the Dunkinexperience. My days start off with grabbing some coffee every single morning, and I would like it to be a pleasant experience.Which is why I had to stop visiting this Dunkin? Donuts location on my way into work, I was having too many unpleasantexperiences. Maybe its just me, or the fact that I was there so early in the morning, I?m not sure why these things happened,it?s irrelevant now though. I just wanted to share my experience as it may help others. I wish I could give 5 stars because thefood & drinks are usually amazing. I?ve always loved Dunkin, and I?ve never had any complaints at ANY location, until now withthis Oceanside blvd location. The customer service here was just nuts and so horrible. I have since found a different place toget coffee every morning and the difference is night & day. What a great Dunkin! I've been to several and this one was great! Friendly customer service and fast preparation of the food we... ordered. The employees seemed really happy and friendly with each other and we really liked the food we got. The stuffed bagelbites are ???? tried the pumpkin chai, which was good but definitely very sweet! The place is new and classy, and there was ahigh top table with a charger built in for you to sit and work at. Very quiet warm atmosphere. They're new to Oceanside andwe'll definitely be back frequently! Maybe they had some initial opening growing pains but now they're operating smoothly. Read more
This is an update it's gone down hill with this dunkin donutes and I won't forget the name on my receipt because it was... disgusting what they did luckily nothing happened to my food I hope so but they didn't care what they did over the intercom whentaking my order they burped loudly and I would've been okay with it but the employees could care less they where just have alaugh about the whole entire time. I would of never posted this but there's been other times the customer service was just badI've been nothing but patient but at this point I just know they employees don't care how they act around customers. This location was nice at first, but for the last four times we?ve visited they?ve forgotten multiple items. We had hopes our... experience would improve after we called customer service, but today was the worst. We were missing nearly half of our fooditems, and when a family member went inside the store to retrieve those they received careless service and was told those itemswere never even warmed up?and even then, once another employee asked someone to warm up our food no one took after theirdirection, resulting in another employee having to step in and ask why my family member was standing there in the firstplace. The food is great?which is why we keep coming back?but the feeling we get is that the employees need training on how tohandle the morning crowds. I was really starting to like this place but they are starting to decline already. I ordered two drinks, and only gave me one... at the pickup but the second one was never made because they completely forgot. I waited and had to ask for it. The staffprovides minimal service. It's too bad because I thought they were going to become a go-to place but I couldn't be more wrong. This location doesn't have a phone number which means that they don't care enough about their customers to listen and are notopen to feedback. Read more
Love this coffee. Staff is hit or miss her as some staff is nice, others just there to get paid. Donuts are ok, coffee is... better. Frozen coffee is so good. Try the butter pecan flavor! Seating inside and outside available. Restrooms inside. Read more
Picked up the Brown Sugar Cream Cold Brew coffee and a Cake Batter latte. Both very tasty. Croissant Stuffer was good as well as... the Avocado Toast (pricey) and the Bagel Bites. Read more
I almost always use my mobile app to order an iced coffee when I come. The coffee and food are mediocre at best, but it's cheap... and good when im leaving early in the morning and don't want to pay starbucks prices. This location is walking distance from myhouse so occasionally I'll walk down with my son so we can get out of the house once in a while. The best time to come is earlyin the morning (like 6ish) or late afternoon. Otherwise you'll be waiting for a while for your order. The donuts aren't reallyall that great so I don't order the food here anymore. You'd be better off paying less for more at a donut shop which isconviently located a block away. I like the deals that came on the app. But they changed the app recently so it's harder to getthe same deals as before. Service is ok, but be wary of the homeless that surround the area. Some of them are dangerous and canmake the visit feel uncomfortable. Read more
