Aug 5, 2022 I have always loved Del Taco. I moved to the East Coast and miss it so much. I would never eat at Taco Bell which is... what we have in PA. Del Taco just tastes fresher and their beans are A-1. That said, I was very disappointed in this Del Tacoafter arriving in So Cal for the weekend. I could hardly wait to have a green burrito and fries. I looked forward to it allday. If you read my other reviews, you'll notice I mention cleanliness a LOT. Well I was floored by how dirty it was inside andoutside this restaurant. Food all over the floor, dirty napkins, etc. The tables were filthy. Behind the counter I noticed anentire crew of young men, most likely high schoolers. The one who took my order was friendly enough. Gloves worn by all but nohair nets I'm sight; the young man who made my burrito had longer curly hair and did not wear a hair net. He squirted sour creamon the burrito and threw the bottle in the corner when it was empty. There was a bucket with what looked like a plastic bag init and a dirty spoon just sitting on the counter. I saw people coming through the drive thru waiting unacceptable amounts oftime, 10-15 mins. The food was so-so. The burrito was okay but I had to fight to keep it together at the bottom, and the frieswere cold. One of the first times I've been that disappointed in Del Taco. I understand it's difficult to hire right now, butthe owner needs to do some housekeeping and lay down some ground rules here. This place is a hot mess. Read more
I paid for some tacos, and im short tacos! I called multiple times for 20 minutes no answer it just kept ringing, on the last... call they took the phone off the hook, now its just a busy tone! Mistakes happen how do you rectify a problem if nobody answersthe phone I paid for my tacos I should have what i paid for! I feel robbed!!! Read more
Place was dirty, tables where not cleaned. Bunch of the staff where joking around until I got thier attention to put my order... in. My food was cold and looked empty(chicken tacos) mostly had lettuce. Fries where okay and soda station was not wiped down atall. The employees continue to joke about don't burn the place down. And telling them they are burning the beans. So glad Ididn't get the beans. Not recommend this location. Read more
The food was consistent, and tasted okay. The wait time in the drive through was longer than average, and even when I got... up.to the window I waited another 4 minutes. The cashier almost forgot my burritos. I believe that they need more staff.Everything else was fine. Read more
This place is a bit run down but the staff is friendly and the food is good. For a limited time, try the jumbo shrimp tacos.... They are soooo good. Their fruits are delicious too. Read more

They wanted to charge me almost $15 for a sandwich that is mostly bread. That is beyond ridiculous! Could not understand the... person on the other end of the drive through speaker. The line was too long for being mid-afternoon, after lunch and beforedinner!!! I took my business elsewhere - where I got a fresh, sit-down meal and a drink for less than $15. That would have beenmy first visit but I refuse to pay $15 for a sandwich, especially from fast-food! I won't be back! Read more
