Wonder where the owner is because this place is a disgusting disaster. As we walked in the whole place smelled so bad of sour... food, I assume spilt old ice cream. The place is so filthy, yet there were about 4 or 5 kids manning the place. Looks like ishasn?t had a good cleaning in a long time. My daughter left with nothing, too grossed out. This place has gone to pot literally bad service bad product Plus I?ve never heard of a business who refuse to accept their own... gift cards?I had2 gift cards that were both activated and valid and she tried to tell me they were expired in July when the exp.Date was 07/28 I told her that?s JULy 2028. We even logged on the website so I could show her the balance and the two boxes forexpiration date clearly said MM AND YY month &year.when I asked for a manager she said she was it. How low is the bar thesedays? How r u the manager when you?re too stupid to know know how dates work? We placed a pick up order online and after getting home realized they made the wrong ice cream. When I tried to get a refund for... the incorrect item, I was asked to drive all the way back to the location with the ice cream or they wouldn?t do anything tohelp. This is the second time we?ve had an issue with receiving the wrong item on an order pickup. We won?t be ordering throughGoogle again since you can?t dispute through them directly and won?t be ordering ahead from this location since they can?t seemto fulfill orders correctly. Read more
This location is very sad. Even though Covid is over they have no seats to sit. Also the ice cream is melted before you even... get it. If I had noticed how melted it was before I even got it I would have never ordered here even. Please stay away fromthis location! The ice cream freezer is bad or something. And the environment is very full and sad since you can?t even sit toeat your half melted ice cream. Read more

I always came here to this store. But today was horrible there?s a girl assist me for my order already which is she nice to... taking my order but this white, long hair brat guy i mean kid was rude, tone voice and staring at me saying what?s your orderand i was like someone taking my order already and he turn around saying again what?s my order with his tone voice. The customer service is great. I would like for the employees to be a little more professional and maybe not have personal... conversations while they?re helping me, but I understand that they?re young so it?s gonna happen.
