Just ordered at around 9:15 asked for Guac I got some really dark guac I?d expect decent guac cause I?m paying extra
I used to love chipotle but this place has shown me how low the bar can really go. The staff is rude, the proportions are... different every single time. I usually don?t complain but this time was too much. They gave me the smallest scoop of chickeni?ve ever seen, probably like 7 pieces made it into my bowl. The beans were a half scoop, the amount of pico was laughable, anddon?t even get me started on the cheese and lettuce. Really not a fan of this location. They didnt display that the garlic steak was extra and they give the smallest portions I have... ever seen. It seems as if they have A LOT of employee turnover so I dont blame the workers. I blame the management because thereare always issues no matter who is working. I wish they would get it together. What happened to this chipotle? It used to be the best chipotle I?ve ever eaten at and now it?s nearly gross.. the past 3 times... we?ve been have been so disappointing. They need to teach the new line workers how to fill the bowl properly. I?ll ask for extrarice and they put the tiniest amount but then go over board with the other fillings. It?s so odd it tastes like I?m just eatingbeans and corn. Also they sprinkle the cheese on there like they?re completely out. Same goes for the Queso that we pay extrafor. So sad!! I have been going to this location since it opened and haven't been in awhile and decided to stop and get the family dinner.... Well to say I was disappointed was just beginning. The workers were extremely slow and I would have agree with other reviewswhen it comes the portions. The portions were all off. The workers were acting timid when fixing the food as if they werecounting out each piece of rice and kernel of corn. I repeated several times was there an issue and that I would pay for morerice, bean, cheese, and other toppings. I never asked for more protein. I asked for half chicken and half steak on two orders atwhich I was told it would be an extra $5.00 each. I then repeated I did not want extra meat but half of each which I always get.The customers behind also were complaining about the same thing. Then when the young man got to the protein he scooped half ofthe spoon into the bowl and the second bowl he literally counted the pieces of meat which was six and put the rest of the meatback. When I did ask for more cheese, rice, corn, and other toppings the workers seemed bothered in return I then repeated againI will pay if necessary. I did speak with Raquel would said that the portions are based on calories and the portion size shouldbe equivalent to the cups they use for the sauces. However if a customer ask for more toppings then they are suppose to get morewith more. I'm not sure if it's a matter of more training or retraining but something needs to happen. Read more
Used to love chipotle. But this location is so slow and the food is very poor compared to other locations. Nice employees are... hit and miss and the food/proportions are never the same each time I go. Not to mention the multiple stall bathrooms are nowunisex?? I find that very uncomfortable and not in any way necessary. Read more
Probably the SLOWEST Chipotle I've ever been too. In line customers have to constantly wait for door dash orders to be filled. ... Staff alternated in-person and online order. 6 people in line in front of me, took 20 minutes to get my food. Read more
Best chipotle ever! Everything is always fresh!!! Only chipotle I will go to.
