So I never do this but I feel like leaving the negative reviews all I can do. I tried to call the restaurant and they said that... they will not handle it because it was an Uber Eats order. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and I really disappointed to onlyhave gotten chicken in a bowl. It's unacceptable they should have better customer service. When I arrived to the store. An associate came and said they didn?t get my order. I showed them my confirmation email. Also, my... credit card was charged, so Their issue not mine? She then looked really confused and then they said I needed to order again.Okay that?s fine but again, that?s their issue not mine. She didn?t seem sympathetic at all and just shoved me to the back ofthe line. Then I get in line to order and I got my food to the salsa line. I then find out the guacamole isn?t made yet?If myonline order did go through, how would I get my guacamole? I asked, ?why isn?t there guacamole ? And the girl said ? wehaven?t prepped it yet. It will be like 10 minutes.? My question is, Why are you open if you haven?t done your prepwork? There were about 4-5 employees not really doing a whole lot and it wasn?t busy at all. So it wasn?t like they didn?thave the staff. What the employee should have done was this. Say ?I?m sorry sir, it looks like your order didn?t go through. Let me make that for you right away? But it was obvious she didn?t care at all. I get it? businesses are having to hire a lotof younger inexperienced people due to labor shortages. And I can understand that. But make sure you hire the right people ordon?t hire at all. Im really disappointed with this location and I?ll likely not come here again. Another time I came to thislocation at 10:35am ( they open at 10:30) and they were still closed. Get it together people! Read more

Disappointed twice in a row for this Chipotle location. I love Chipotle so much that I own stock in it. On my first visit a... few weeks ago, my crunchy tacos were so soggy because they didn?t bother to drain the juice from the meat sitting in the metalcontainers. You know how they grab it with the tongs and then USUALLY shake it over the metal container to drain the excessliquid. There?s a reason people order crunch tacos, they want the crunch! I was so disgusted by it I didn?t eat at Chipotlefor a few weeks. I finally decided to go to chipotle again, reluctantly, and I wish I hadn?t. This time, they were not busy atall, so the attention to detail or lack thereof was inexcusable. I ordered two sets of three tacos for my friend and I. Thefirst set lacked meat in some tacos and my friend made a comment about where?s the rest. The employee (possibly lead or managergiven she was trying to help everyone that was having issues at one point) didn?t say anything. The second set being made notonly did not have enough meat to cover the bottom layer of the taco, it also lacked any of the topics. We made mentioned at theregister but again nothing. I don?t think a customer has to make demands or be irate to receive a produce they pay for. As aloyal customer and shareholder, I expect Chipotle to live up to their brand, quality and provide customers with satisfaction. During times like this where everything costs extra, at the very least, we should be receiving what we pay for. Three fulltacos, not something mediocre that wasn?t even filling. Needless to say, I won?t be going to Chipotle in a while as it left apoor taste in my mouth. The best part, as we?re eating our tacos disgruntled in the seating area, a women decides to talk aboutfeces loudly. Icing on the cake for a private seating area. Read more
