We came to this location because the rating was 1 tenth of a star better than the San Marcos location. Plus, I had a 10 dollar... gift card from Fetch rewards. Quenia, our server did a great job. She was friendly and attentive. We were seated within 5 min ofarriving. Had drinks and our appetizer within 15 min. Our lunch was ready within 20 min. We were there for about and hour and 10min. The wings were nice and hot. My wife loved her wing combo and mozzarella sticks appetizer. The combo was on the pricey sidebut was enjoyed by my wife. My daughter and I came by late in the evening, checked out the menu on my phone and then I decided to walk in and order. On line... the menu showed a bundle of 10 wings and fries for $9.99. I had a $20 gift card, so I thought that with that deal it shouldcover most of it. When I went in the cashier told me that deal was unavailable. He said it would be a little more expensive. Iproceeded to order 20 wings and 2 sides of fries. I added 2 Pepsis. It ended up costing $47.13.....It was late, I was tired andhungry, so I paid. I thought, this must be some good food cause it sure cost quite a bit more than I planned. The man brought memy bag and I took it out to my car to sit and eat in the parking lot. It looks similar to McDonalds packaging, the soda lookedlike a small and the fries were stale....seemed like reheated old fries to me and my daughter agreed. The boneless wings werealright. Definitely not worth $13.49 for that tiny box. The cashier could've saved me at least a couple bucks by telling me thatthe soda was going to be small and that I may as well just get a bottle instead which was cheaper, since I was over-charged foreverything else. Avoid going here. Came in at 2pm on a weekday, it wasn't busy at all and my husband and I sat at the bar. The service was... excessively slow. We each ordered one drink and some wings and were there for over 2 hours mainly waiting for food and adrink. The bar top was so dirty and not once did I see it get wiped down in the time that we were there. There was ketchup andranch that was spilled in some areas and empty cups just left there. The bar tender would disappear for long periods of time andyou could even tell that the servers were frustrated because they would come to get drink orders and she wouldn't be there. Therestaurant itself was a complete mess. We counted at least 10 tables that were covered in empty dishes and trash that hadn'tbeen bussed the entire time we were there. Once we finally got our food we asked for refills on our waters. Ended up having tosit and eat our whole meal (hot wings) with nothing to drink. She finally brought us refills once we were finished. She had leftthe check in a cup since we ordered everything and we had placed our card in it waiting to be charged out for the meal the wholetime. Then she asked if we wanted the check? Took another 15 minutes to place down the same check and we immediately took ourcard out of the cup and placed there waiting for her to take it. Another 15 minutes. At this point we were almost ready to justwalk out because it was ridiculous. The restaurant wasn't and there were only two other couples at the bar top who had also beenwaiting a long time for water refills and again the bartender disappeared for a long period of time. She finally came back andcharged us out. That was the worst experience we've ever had at any restaurant. We saw that it wasn't busy and just wanted tograb a quick lunch before a movie. One drink each and a few wings each should and us arriving at 2pm when the restaurant was notbusy yet we didn't leave until close to 5pm and ended up canceling our movie tickets. 1. Our food came in 10 minute intervals. Not one of the people in our party of 7 got food within 5 minutes of the other. 2. I... had to walk up and get my beer from the bar after 18 minutes of waiting. 3. The music was so loud we had to ask several times toturn it down. We were then told that's the lowest they could turn it down because it's a sports bar. From the manager. I've beenin over 20 different Buffalo wild wings across the country. 4. You have to ask for silverware because they don't want anyonestealing it. That's literally what we were told. 5. The last meal (Single patty) hamburger showed up 40 minutes later. 25minutes after the first meal showed up. This is all a product of management and onboarding. The food was hot and fresh but the service was not so good. I was brought the wrong draft beer and after I had already taken a... drink out of it and informed the waitress that it was wrong beer she took and walked over to the table that actually ordered itand gave it them. I have been to this location several times, and last night was by far the worst. We arrived and were pleasantly surprised that... we were seated within 5 min. Usually it is very crowded. We looked around and noted that it wasn?t that busy which was great. Iordered the buffalo wedge salad. Now, if you look at the picture on the menu, the amount of chicken looks like several chickentenders lined up, to take up the length of the plate. When I got my plate, I stared in disbelief. What I saw was a chickentender about the size of two chicken McNuggets put together. I couldn?t believe this. I then had to ask for a fork and knife.The waitress (after a few minutes) brought me a fork. I asked again for a knife (have you ever eaten a wedge salad with just afork?) and she brought me a PLASTIC knife, saying they didn?t have any knives at the moment. I may also note that she forgot myson?s side of fries as well. The whole experience was almost an hour which was terrible considering the amount of emptytables. Decided to mobile order from this location, waited for about 15min for someone to greet us at the desk. I saw maybe one waitress... attending all the tables this entire time. I could tell the staff really need some help here !! Our order was surprisingly madeon time, but when I got home. I noticed our ?buffalo wings? had a dusty seasoning on them ??? Never seen any buffalo wings madethat way, Asian zing wings were okay. The best part was the tots?. Def not ordering from this location again, or even thinkingof ever dining in there. Read more
Giving 3 stars for the food because it was good as always. This location needs new sober bartenders as my wife waited 20 minutes... for a lemonade and I waited 20 minutes for a second beer. Both bartenders were very extremely slow and I?m pretty sure theshorter girl was drunk. Worst service I?ve ever received. Would get dirty looks from the shorter girl for asking for things.Extremely rude and useless bar staff. Won?t eat here again. Carry out is a better option for this store. If you?re the owner ofthis store, don?t comment and apologize like you did the the other hundred 1 star reviews. Actually do something to fix yourtrashy staff.
