I'm from out of town and I thought this place was a great choice. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our food. And we had... leftovers to take with us! I can't remember what she got but I got a side of biscuits and gravy that were AMAZING- the last timeI had them that good was at home- some really good pancakes and their California skillet that was so bomb. We went to the Breakfast Club Diner with some family from out of town and had such a great experience. The service was good, and... the food was even better. I ordered blueberry pancakes and a side of hash browns because that's what I dreamt I would order. Theblueberry pancakes were the best. They were fluffy and huge, with blueberries inside the pancakes and on top. They also camewith some sort of wonderful whipped cream. Our hot chocolates were yummy too. The hash browns were not as crispy as I'd likethem, but they weren't bad. I couldn't finish my pancakes and they were a great dessert-like treat that afternoon. Our first breakfast in Oceanside did not disappoint. The owner Perry greeted us as we entered and the wait staff was very... friendly. The awesome 80's theme and decor of the Breakfast Club set the stage for a fantastic and filling breakfast. Mydaughter could not resist ordering the Nutella and Strawberry Flap Jacks which will could have fed three of us. We were alldefinitely be back! Read more
