LOVE ,LOVE,LOVE this place. I went today and it was a zoo oh my gosh when I got to the cashier she thanked me for wanting and... I was thinking how are you stand happy right now. I would be seriously stressed out. The staff is amazing!! Whatever they arepaying them they need more. The food is always consistent. It's fresh, so tasty and satisfying. Liked their vegetarian sandwich, good sized.. Could easily be made vegan, no mayo or cheese, was delicious. My only concern is... that the staff on shift couldn't tell me whether the cheese is vegetarian or not, he had no knowledge of it whatsoever. Read more
Delivery Review: I was visiting the area and a good friend highly recommended this place, so we ordered up some sandwiches for... lunch. Top notch stuff! I didn't even see the menu, just got my chicken sandwich and dug in. Apparently you have to slather itin orange sauce (not sure what this stuff was but it was good) to get the full experience. I am so thankful that I do not have to drive all the way to either Carlsbad location. They have the same excellent sandwiches... and the staff is always willing to help. However! They need to have some sort of trash can! I want to throw away my own trashand not have to leave it behind for the staff to pick up. Was looking forward to trying a good sandwich place but was absolutely disappointed. I ordered an Italian sandwich and asked for... no sauce (it seemed like a reasonable request.) My first sandwich came back with Italian dressing still on it. I drove back toget a new sandwich and asked if this time it had no sauce. They told me it most certainly had no sauce. Taking them at theirwork I drove home to my surprise this time it had mustard on it. At this point I was pretty angry that two separate staff hadjust not taken the time to check. I drove back and explained this to a third staff member and they offered me a 5$ gift card ona 10 plus dollar sandwich (which I think is kinda offensive.) When I didn't want the gift card they remade my sandwich for thethird time. This may all seem trivial but a can't recommend a place that has multiple staff that are this complacent. Read more
