This Wendy's wasn't good at all. I honestly try not to leave bad reviews but I'd rather someone save their money. The workers... were unprofessional and non attentive, the food was way over priced and they didn't even get my order right, the drink machineswere disgusting way more then just having a busy shift and things getting a little behind it was just not good all the wayaround. The little blonde haired employee was very rude and disrespectful. I had asked her if I could please have some extra sauce of... the ghost pepper ranch and she grab one packet and threw it into my bag aggressively. I went at 9:30 at night and got my order taken per usual. I asked for honey mustard from the line in a little cup and I asked... for extra of that sauce. It doesn?t taste the same as what comes in the little packets it?s better. The first run through thedrive through was nice everyone was nice a considerate except I didn?t get extra honey mustard so we went through the drive thruagain and here?s where we had trouble. We went to the first window and asked for the extra honey mustard and the guy at thewindow said they?re not allowed to do that and kept going on and on about how they aren?t allowed to do that. He seemed kind ofslurry with his words and just kept rambling on about how they couldn?t do that. So I told my boyfriend to please pull to thenext window to speak to someone else. We did that and instantly got more honey mustard and a smile. We were greeted with a kindwoman with long hair in a ponytail who handed me exactly what I was asking for with a smile. I want to give props to her but Ididn?t catch her name. Also the fries were cold and old but after the experience at the first window that wasn?t the worst partof the experience. Read more
At 10pm at night with no customers, the fries were fresh out the fryer and perfectly fried! Our burgers were fresh and hot... too!! And with their Coca-Cola flavor your way machine, you can order any soda combination under the sun, even drive thru! Thestaff were very friendly and happy which is another star for this location! I didn?t think that I could ever have food this bad. The fries tasted like they were freeze dried, freezer burned, day old,... bottom of the pan, space food. It was obvious they were burned to a dry and brittle mess. We went there after viewing the adthat boasts about their great fries. Epic fail! Just say no? check before you leave that you didn?t get the scraps off thebottom of the bin. The dining room should be closed. The a/c is dripping on the floor and some ceiling tiles looked as though they'd bust from... moisture any moment. The drink machines in the lobby both out of ice and numerous drink flavors. Tables needed to be wiped andfloors needed mopping. I figured you'd have more staff since closing the other location. I personally think y?all need to reevaluate who you have in your window handing out orders. I?ve never had a problem with your... location until today. The red headed black girl in the window was rude as all get out. She acted as if we were an inconveniencecoming through the drive thru.
