For me Thursday night is pizza night. Found Tom's in my quest for a great pizza. The women working seemed a little disoriented... and that was furthered by seeing it took four to settle a phone order, one to take the order, one to assist with the ordertaking and two checking their Instagrams while the other two work the order. My order took quite some time to make it out tome, though they gave me a free slice to hold me over. Atmosphere was great and the ladies were friendly, just a couple of themappeared occupied by their social media more than serving. I ordered everything I wanted. Stay away from ANY grilled menu items! The shrimp looks frozen with some Zatarain?s sauce . Not... worth the price. The shrimp was so basic looking I did not want to pay for the shrimp or eat it when I picked up my order. Iasked for a ($18) refund, they told me no, the item was too pricy and cooked. Stuffed jalapeños half done. Don?t orderanything but pizza if you are desperate. The pizza on a scale from 1-10 ? The Galveston pizza is a 3. Cinnanots ?. Are NOTS! Hard on the inside half done in the middle. No cinnamon. Pizza Hut and Domino?s produce better cinnamon desserts. Restaurantowners please don?t complain about your restaurant during this pandemic. Food presentation and the quality and love put intoyour food should match your prices. They are only still standing because of the location to locals and tourists that are indowntown Ocean Springs. Fabulous lunch spot! Mom & I were craving pizza this afternoon and Tom?s gave it all!!! Served it right!!! Cravings satisfied... for both these Bs. I got the Wyoming 12 inch & it snatched my taste buds good. Mom was loving her personal pan. Only suggestionwe had was maybe adding a special fruit or refresher dessert only because we can?t eat cinnamon, BUT IT WAS A FABULOUSEXPERIENCE & PERFECT PIZZA!
