Transcendent burger! We were in Ocean Springs visiting family and The Lady May was suggested to us as a brunch spot. What a... fantastic experience! It was raining but there was covered seating outside. Brannon took care of us and went well above andbeyond. He obviously took pride in his work and made great suggestions. He made me a custom brunch burger that changed the way Iwill look at burgers from now on? the meat was super fresh and flavorful. The eggs as well? two words: BACON JAM! Wow it wasgood! My lovely wife got the breakfast plate for $8 and couldn?t finish. She couldn?t stop talking about how much she liked thebiscuits. The meal was amazing. I enjoyed this eatery so much. We sat on the patio outside it was very hot even with a huge fan blowing right on us. The food... was absolutely awesome. I had crab cakes with pasta & mixed greens w/lemon basil vinaigrette and a biscuit my friend had thehoney butter fried chicken w/ mac & cheese & a biscuit. Our server was fantastic. This place has the best food,atmosphere and service. Everything was delicious our server was Jamie,she was so attentive and... kind. My husband and I met some sweet friends at The Lady May for dinner and cocktails. The wait wasn?t too long(15 minutes) we... arrived at 5 on a beautiful sunny Saturday afternoon. The Restaurant is on one of the main busy roads in down town OS and thereare lots of shops & shade to relax in if there?s a wait. They had live music on the beautiful patio with a gorgeous fountain andfire pit. The serves was wonderful and everyone was very polite. We had a couple drinks, a pizza, burger & we saved the best forlast?? the bread pudding. Oh Dear Lord this bread pudding was AMAZING!!! It had a huge thing of ice cream on top with candiedpecan praline. It was so delicious! The Margaritta pizza was good ( I added ranch dressing) and my husband enjoyed his burger .Our friends got a charcuterie board & smoked tuna dip & they enjoyed it so much. We will be back! Read more
Came in here after strolling around Ocean Springs, checking out some happy hours. The fried chicken was the crunchiest, juiciest... chicken I?ve had. We both got it and that was good because we didn?t have to fight it out. Drank a Dorothy and it made me happyall the way to my ruby slippers. We then dove into the fried bread pudding and the waffle sundae. The bread pudding was my fave,the waffle was my partners. (Again, good, no fighting.) Excellent service, a beautiful restaurant and quality, made from scratch food at a reasonable price. Our server, Patrick, did an... excellent job. I had a cheddar garlic biscuit with ham and hard fried egg. My husband had the 2 egg breakfast. The food wasserved promptly, the portions were plentiful and the flavor was fantastic. Brannon was awesome in service and recommendations for our party of 12. This little restaurant and shop was just the coolest. I... was blown away by the food. I had the crab cakes, and my daughter had the burger and both were really delicious andunique. Live music and outside seating was nice as well, though we were in the inside party room.
