SOMEONE PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH THE DIATRICT MANAGERS PHONE NUMBER! The young girl at the drive thru AND the manager on duty were... EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! When we first arrived we sat at the order box for a few minutes and were not greeted or toldto wait.. we even thought they may be closed. So we drove through and seen the young girl eating. She opens the window andmid-chew tells us she was about to answer us but her batteries died that we will have to drive back around, quickly closes thewindow and proceeds to wait on the now two cars behind us. I will shout it from the roof tops about this place AND NOT IN APOSITIVE MANNER! In all my years of visits to Taco Bell this location and experience was the ABSOLUTE WORST! Even called backand tried to find out a district managers phone number.. but I guess they were to busy eating and rolling eyes at every customerthat came through to answer the phone, though as defensive as the manager was about his cashier I am sure he would not havegiven it to me. When we asked her if we could change a taco we had ordered to a supreme she replies? I GUESS.When I asked her ifthe managers phone number was on the receipt she roles her eyes, shrugs her shoulders, and says I don?t know. She then says buthe is right here would you like to speak with him, and I Could already tell he was going to have an attitude by the look on hisface when he walked up. I told him how rude and unprofessional she was and he tells me everyone brags about how nice she is. Itold her they need to find someone who is nicer to the public and knowledgeable to know the answer to such questions as I askedabove. It's really sad, sitting in the drive thru at 11:51 p.m. trying to get an order and every employee is hanging outside behind a... construction dumpster. We've been waiting for 25 minutes! I would never recommend coming here! Read more
On a very short lunch break yesterday, came in to restaurant to order lunch. Had to stand in line for several minutes before... even the cashier at the drive-thru window notice I was standing there. We often go her cause it's the closest taco bell to home, but it's often that you can taste burnt beans, or the don't put extra... onions when you pay for them, or they don't know how to wrap the burritos so that they indicate correctly which burrito iswhich. Many times the potatoes in the potato soft tacos taste like they've been sitting or reheated multiple times. The cheesybean and rice burrito is often times slacking in evenly distribution and skinny. Looks more like a roll-up than a burrito. Buteverything is generally still passable. When eating inside, order from the screen not the person because I've been charged forthings I didn't ask for and then it becomes a pain to be refunded. Read more

Every time I order from this restaurant something is wrong. I have gone in person and they do not open for 45 minutes to an hour... after the advertised opening time sometimes. I got a double steak grilled cheese burrito and the cheese was completely unmeltedand still refrigerated. This has to be the worst managed and performing Taco Bell I have ever been to. Read more
