Good drinks but the intercom is so bad you can barely here them and they can?t understand you. Update: intercom seemed to be... working better but now they don?t open till 7am. Seemed to be people coming regularly after 6:00am but maybe they can?t keephelp but I hope they good back to old hours cause I liked stopping by a few times a week before work. Read more
Stopped by with my husband and kids while on a road trip last week. I can't even describe the wonderful service we received by a... young lady, I believe her name was Emma. Not only was she friendly and professional, but she helped my kids decide on what toorder and she was spot on! The smoothies were great and the service was even better! This location will be a permanent stop onour road trips because of Emma. If the managers happen read this... give that girl a promotion and a raise! Read more
Pulled up wanting a smoothing with low sugar and I asked what the least amount of sugar smoothie there was in slim and trim,... They suggested a smoothie. Once I pulled up to the window she says there is 53 grams of sugar in it?. ???? I was trying to besugar conscious and was not lead in the right direction ugh? I wanted smoothing king!! I decided to treat myself to a smoothie - I haven't had one since before the Pandemic. I normally drink the strawberry banana... smoothie. This was my first time at the new location, so I was struggling trying to find it on the menu. I ended up deviatingfrom my normal and ordered the banana boat. The gentleman that took my order was a little impatient during my search and thenquestion about my order. I have an egg allergy, and I wanted to make sure it didn't have eggs/protein in it. Shortlyafterwards, a female came on the microphone asking for my order. Although he was short with me, the females who handed my orderto me was really pleasant. We just paid $30 for 3 Smoothies and asked for a cup for my son to share and they wanted to charge me 28cents. Really??? That?s... is ridiculous. I normally don?t give reviews unless they are good but seriously. Bad Customer Service and was highlydissatisfied by that! Read more
