Unimpressed. I?ve given Mosaic three tries. The best word to describe this place is ?mediocre?. Mediocre service, mediocre,... over-priced food, and they don?t know how to make a good drink if their lives depended on it. Waiting 15 minutes for a server isridiculous. The positive: best patio seating in town, which is the why I rated Mosaic as high as 3 stars. (The owner?s responsesays enough. It?s unfortunate that this is one of the only negative experiences we?ve had since moving here. And to the owner:if you?d asked your servers, they?d let you know that our table was overlooked.
