11:00 am and I ordered 8 donuts and 3 lg lattes when I go pay with a $100 they tell me they cant take the $100. There is no... sign that awares you of that!! Is not even the beginning of the day to say they didn?t have that change. I had to go to a gasstation to break the bill so I can come back to get my food bc my son was all upset about the inconvenience. Since I have beentraveling and at the end of my trip, I?m just going thru this town had already spent all my bank money and all I had was $100s.They saw me trying to figure it out, none of the two ladies apologized for the inconvenience. Walked in to get donuts, was charged for items I didn't actually buy. The cashier never said a single word to me through the... entire transaction. Just a horrible experience and even worse, the donuts weren't even fresh. What made it worse was when Iasked what the total was, the cashier LITERALLY reached around and tapped the credit card machine without answering. When I madea comment about wanting to know my total, she looked at me and said "I will pray for you". The entire experience was surreal. Read more
I had a coupon and a strong desire to buy 2 dozen donuts. They had other plans however. After sitting in line on the drive thru... for more than 15 minutes and not a single car moved forward, the person in front of got tired of waiting and left. Ifollowed. This particular Krispy Kreme has NEVER disappointed me. It seems like the HOT light is Always on when I pass by or go there. ... And each time I go there to purchase donuts, they are always HOT!!! They melt in your mouth and taste so Amazing!!! Once I eatone, I can't stop eating them!!! Extremely Addictive!!! The staff are always cordial and friendly.
