Went to the one in Ocean Springs. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! My husband and I waited for over 15 minutes before someone FINALLY came... to the counter. Sad part is that they weren't crowded for a Friday night. When the employee came to the counter, she informed usthat they were out of roast beef. Considering that is one of their top sellers, you'd think they would be on top of it. I saw atotal of 3 employees. No one greeted us when we walked in. Walked in hungry and left hungry. So wanted a beef and cheddarsandwich. Get your act together Arby's. Read more
The food was the worst by far! Could not chew it at all & such a tiny amount. The male manager "Kevin L." refused to replace... this disgusting sandwich. He actually said, how do I know you didn't buy that somewhere else. Pretty much called me a liar. Godown the rd to McDonald's . They will treat you with more respect at least. Went thru drive thru Order was incorrect but I was already halfway home before I realized. Fries were old and cold and roast... beef was dry and hard. Read more
When you are forced to use the drive though because the lobby is closed mid-day, and it takes 25 minutes to get through the... drive through. Not fun when your stick in line and they make you late to get back to work from lunch.????. However, the sliderswere decent. Read more
