While the ocean views were pretty but the hotel was on the older side. I had sheets the had been washed but still had spots of... another persons blood. The Staff was nice too but short staffed. Had a long wait to get my room but the staff was nice and gaveme a call once my room was ready. Read more
The Shilo experience non existing compared few years ago. Really disappointed but I guess it's a shame how run down it is. The... beach is the only good thing. No dining services, no breakfast. Just the pool which is really cold but the hot tub isgreat. It's a mixture experience and also don't come on weekends since most restaurants are closed. Read more
Location is excellent. Rooms however are dated and dirty. Balcony floor was rotted and squishy. Pull out bed sofa was filled... with food crumbs. And it smelled like a homeless camp. For the amount of money these hotels charge they should be able to keepthem up. Read more
I'm here on business. Picked this hotel for its restaurant and lounge, which are not open. There's no morning breakfast, the... coffee, is a single cup maker in your room that's says 30% coffee. The staff are nice, except for the young man at check in. Therooms are in need of some love, the building is in need of some love. The view is great from the 3rd floor. Read more
Has a great view. Rooms need a desperate update. Non smoking hotel but the couch and chairs and patio furniture all had burn... holes. The comforter is basically a thick sheet. Love the location and view but will definitely try another hotel next time Ihead down. Read more
The hotel was nice and very clean the customer service was excellent. The only reason why I am giving it 2 stars is because it... was so out dated and there was standing water on our balcony.
