We waited over an hour for our dinner which was the chicken parm. People came and went as we waited. The pasta was way... overcooked, but tons of chicken. The good thing about our night, was the server. He was excellent. He felt bad for our wait andexplained they had a lot of carry out orders. I might try going back..but to get pizza. I am here visiting with my family who raves about this places food. Really not sure why considering we had placed a delivery... order at 6:30, by 9PM we had still not received our order. We called at 8:15PM to check on our order, and they told us thedelivery driver was in route with it and it would be to the home in 10 minutes?which was obviously a lie. Long story short, weended up not having much of a dinner because of this establishment and their lies. When I come back to town I will never supportthis business, and I sure hope my family who I am staying with that lives in Ocean Pines year-round will no longer support themeither. Read more
Food is pretty good..depending on what you get, but good God the wait time.. I don't know how it is if you order pick up but... we've tried delivery three times and will never do it again. Every time they say 50 minutes.. 2 hours later still no food.. wecall and they always say the driver just left. I guess they're told to say that so people don't cancel their order because we'llwait another 20 minutes and still nothing..call again and are told the same thing..driver just left. The typical delivery timeis about 2.5 hours. If you want dinner..order at lunch time. The worst part is the lying. If they were up front about it, itwouldn't be as offensive. Food is great and curbside staff is friendly but recently my food has taken ridiculously long. The other day was told 25 for a... chicken parmesan but I sat for an additional 20 minutes when I arrived on time. Many days I cannot get a hold of them on thephone because it?s busy. We ordered a hamburger sub, broccoli cheese bites, and. Chicken cheesesteak on a bed of lettuce. We ordered pick up to go. Set... up is awesome and staff are very nice. Broccoli cheese bites were yummy! Fries were crispy and my husband said his sub wrap wasgood. Sadly, my meal was quite lack luster. I asked for a chicken cheesesteak on lettuce and they said they dont have actuallylettuce only cut up lettuce. I was QUITE confused because they have salads??? But whatever I said that's fine I just want it onlettuce like a salad because I can't have the bread. This was not a salad. Wasn't even a bed of lettuce. Very disappointing. Thelettuce amount was so thin and not even crunchy. Confused how they dont have lettuce yet have salads. Ugh Read more
