First and foremost just read previous reviews. I live within a mile of Tugos, eaten there several times but will not return. We... had out of town company, decided to do pizza and wings a football special. Others had subs. It was not crowded maybe 5 tables.Took about 45 min to get partial order. Wings came, no pizza. Another hour for pizza to go with special. Then another 45 min formore wings. All you can eat should be just that.A total of 8 wings all you can eat. My son who us very patient got the bill.Charges were crazy. Blue cheese 4 dollars for a scope size serving. 4 of them. 8 dollars to add pepperoni to child pizza. It wasout ragious. He talked to manager about the special and other costs. No one even ordered the blue cheese, it was brought withwings. Manager was beyond rude. We will not return or recommend this place. Read more
We went for all-you-can-eat wings and Monday Night Football. The wings were really good with several options. I almost didn't... give 5 stars because the service was a bit slow. They bring out 5 wings at a time and take their time before bringing out more.The wait was worth it though. I'm looking forward to going again! Read more
Ordered take out in the restaurant. Ordered a hamburger sub and a cheeseburger sub with nothing but fried onions and mayo. Got 2... cheeseburger subs with everything. Good thing I am not allergic. Food is good but not good enough to not get what you ask for. Read more
Food was delicious. Weather it was Pizza, meatball sub, chicken tenders, or a burger or a wrap everything was outstanding. ... Great service. Fast and friendly service. Would most highly be eating here. I read some reviews and those that said the foodhad no taste have Dead taste buds. Our starters which was cheese bread, mozzarella sticks and fries were so delicious. Somepeople have to criticize everything. FALSE ADVERTISING! If I could give them zero starts I would. On our way back from the beach we see the sign below which is... right above the entrance to the restaurant. I was greeted by a young clueless girl? I go in and say I?d like to order thespecial you have advertised. She looks at me and says I quote ?That is a really old sign and we don?t have any specialsanymore.? SERIOUSLY! So I explained to her that it?s false advertising and where is the manger. I was then told the managerdoesn?t come in till the evening. I asked to Speak to whoever at this point is in charge. She disappeared? I just gotaggravated and left. Why would you advertise a special and not honor it. That is just bad business. So is this a game just toget people to stop and hope they will stay and order food? Someone needs to get their head out of their ????. Would neverreturn. So we ended up ordering from another place that actually honored their specials. Zero stars for me! Read more
The food was really good! The staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem was the volume. The music was so loud none of our... group could hear each other even though we were sitting on the opposite side of the building away from the band. I suggestlowering the volume or installing something to buffer the sound a bit. I would definitely come back, want to try out that secondfloor! Read more
We had a good experience at this Pizza Tugos location! I had a Pepperoni Calzone and it good, my only issue was the amount of... ricotta cheese in it. There was hardly and mozzarella! On the other hand, my husband ordered the Rocky Top Burger and he Lovedit! It's a burger with pulled pork on top of it, he said it was the best sandwich he's had in a long time! Never get the wing and pizza special! It's not a deal. They bring you 4 at a time. Took over an hour to get our food. And was... charged for condiments and a credit card fee. And automatically added 18% tip to the bill. I think I should be able to choose ifthey get more than 15% but service sucked and manager said nothing they could do about it. $200 for 6 peoplerediculouridiculous!
