Busy, put in online order to pick up curbside. After 30 mins order not brought out. Went in and had to still wait. Only 1... register open. Asked for food. Handed food, melted milkshake. No apologies or offers to remake shake. One young man in lightblue polo was sling doors and stopping around instead of helping. Not sure what was up with this store today. Sitting in the drive thru this morning, literally haven't moved in over 10 minutes, called store to see what the issue is, was... told they're training new staff in the kitchen. I said it doesn't take 10 minutes to cook anything you have on the menu, gotanother short apology then the lady hung up on me! I was NOT rude, didn't use any foul language, just wanted a reasonableexplanation for the enormous delay, still haven't moved, will never come to this CFA again Read more
For the most part Chick-fil-A is always good. However when they take the order takers off the drive-thru it slows it down... considerably and they're no better than anybody else. Don't go after 6:00 Read more

Come here for a chance to wait a long time for staff to serve you (albeit politely) the completely wrong order. Did a mobile... order, and then sat in drive thru for an inexplicable 20 minutes waiting for 4 Chicken, Egg and Pepper Jack on a Muffin, andthey came back with 4 Bacon, Egg and American on a Biscuit. I go to Chick-fil-A often and I've had my orders messed up in thepast, but here I'm baffled by how wrong the order was even after the long wait. Read more
Very little value for money. It's hard to spend over $8.00 for a kids meal and see the dried up piece of chicken strip and few... little pieces of French fries. Service is friendly but they need to do something about making sure the customers are gettingvalue for their money. Read more
