We went through the drive through, and they had us pull up and wait; it took them a while to walk out our food.

I decided to try zaxbys for the first time. I am not impressed. I did an online order to pick up at the store. I have checked in... many times and I have been sitting in the parking lot for over 30 minutes waiting for my order. I have never had such horribleservice with on online order. If they say it will be ready at a certain time, they should have it ready. If not extend the timeonline. Read more

While Mya at the front counter did a great job serving us, a fellow employee gave us our food before she was ready, leaving out... napkins, salad dressing, and a fork. What is worse is after receiving our food my friend realized her salad which we said had tobe gluten free had fried onions in it. We aren't sure if they even tried to pick them out or not but as she is allergic togluten we have to hope that the cross contamination isn't too bad. Well to start the wait wasn't bad, but I guess I came on the day they stopped serving the old Zaxby's club & I asked if I could... get one made anyways, but was told NO. Obviously, I tried something else, sliders, but they were small compared to bread. Iwant the club back. The young lady at the window was nice, but I think she was new or to shy to ask them to make the otherclub...most of the time they don't mind throwing something together as long as they have what it takes. It went through drive-through and requested a 5 piece boneless wings. Never go through drive-thru. Very disappointed. Looks more... like chicken nuggets. 2 of them don't even have the size to be a chicken nugget and they call this wings?! You really need ateach your employee's common sense.
