20 minute wait and they lost the order. Most of the employees were slow moving.

We drove 20 minutes out of our way to come to this location because the hours reflect a closing time of 10pm. We pulled up to... the window at 9:32pm last night. Asked for cheese for my fries, rang my order up, hands me my order without cheese. Said they didn't know how to ring it up,... refused to sell me cheese like I had agreed on before giving them money. Instead of selling what I asked for, threw my foodaway and gave me a refund. Attitude and personality of the help is ridiculous. 4 other customers behind me clowning about thesituation made it worse. Great food. Portion size was very filling. I got their Crispy Chicken Cobb Salad with a Lemonade. The salad was very fresh... and the flavors blended well together. I also love their Nibblers.
