Manager is lazy and instructing staff to take short cuts. I asked for one sandwich mayo only extra mayo both sides. Comes out... with lettuce meaning they grabbed an old one from the rack. When brought back in the manger stated she put packets in the bag Iasked for it to be on the sand which pretty simple request. Especially because the packets are old and never get used and sour.The staff was accommodating the manager was full of Attitude. Unfortunately I have to leave a 1 star cause there's no other way to leave a review. I ordered 2 4 for 4s and 2 biggie bags. All... 4 fries were either cold are hard as a rock. The nuggets all looked under cooked. Our 2 strawberry lemonades tasted nasty and 1looked like they took ocean water and put dye in it. I call to have then make it right and all the managers could do is arguethat's not true I remember this order and that I'm sorry you feel this way. Typical Wendy's quality. Drive thru was very slow. Probably due to short staffing issues but there were at least 5 employees in... view. I'm diabetic an the diet soda and unsweetened tea options were out cashier was pleasant but seemed a little irritated. Read more
This particular Wendy's wasn't that great. I normally love Wendy's, but the food at this one wasn't up to par. I don't know if... it was old or what, but not good. Service was fine, except, the drive through speaker wasn't working properly and couldn'tunderstand the person taking our order. Read more
Only used drive through. Staff was very courteous. Order was hot and correct. They, however only had vanilla frosty's today... and girl putting straws and napkins in the bag forgot to give us spoons. Read more
Atrocious in cleanliness. BugS bugs BUGS BUGS BUGS ALL OVER THE PLACE. EVEN ON THE SODA MACHINE CRAWLING EVERYWHERE. I have a... video of the small ants taking over the soda machine. Floating black specs in drink. And overall bad experience with customerservice after giving me my order wrong 3 times! Please do not go here.. if there are bugs plainly in view, broken drink machineswithout bugs, you could imagine the bugs hidden behind the counter. Avoid at all cost!! Read more
