The google page and the physical store location clearly say open till 1AM every day. I and a few other cars pulled up 20 min to... 1AM. No one answered. I pulled to the window. There were workers inside but they completely ignored us all. I also know someonewho applied here for a job. They were given an interview slot and upon arrival they refused to do an interview because they wereunderstaffed. Very unprofessional location. I?ll drive to Belleview before coming here again. This Wendy's has become an absolute joke. My entire family has gone here since the day it opened, and very rarely had problems.... That has completely changed in the past two months. From charging 50¢ per extra sauce, constantly getting our orders wrong,completely forgetting the meat on our burger, leaving out the chicken on salads, giving us a salad that was absolutely nothingbut the lettuce mix and apples, to giving us someone else's order and getting annoyed when corrected. The staff used to beamazingly friendly and fun to talk to. Now quite a few of the staff are pretty rude. Eye rolls, snarking, not saying two words,or just shoving food at us (Absolutely NOT saying all the staff are like this! As I obviously haven't talked to everyone whoworks there, this is just the last few I've dealt with. Some of the staff really deserve a lot of praise!). It used to be worthit to wait in the long line to get food from here, now it's not. Don't waste your time if it's a long line, it's more worth itjust to go to The Boulevard location or to the Belleview location. Read more
Service is bad, restroom is dirty, and food is completely sub par
Man behind counter very nice. He came to our table twice to ask us individually if we liked our spicy combo chicken sandwich... meals. I ate the fries first,so he came by our table later too. Read more
Nice attentive stuff. However, chili was all liquid, even after replacing it. Pretty sure absolutely no meat. And not sure if... the 4 for 4 has no options for the burger? They stated its only a Jr. Cheese Burger. Read more
I love my neighborhood Wendy?s! Even when they are very busy they, for the most part, almost always gets my order right. Not to... mention Wendy?s have the best chicken sandwich out there (and this location is always piping hot!). I have been here many timesand very impressed with their service! Also, the limited edition strawberry frosty is the absolute best & I wish it waspermanent! Read more
The server behind the counter was ruad and for two combo meals at $25 is out of hand. Plus when I asked for a second honey... mustard for the chicken nuggets she said no only one or purchase others at 14 cents each. Last time we go back there. Read more
