A group of us met there Sunday evening about 7:45 p.m. They were very nice but slow on taking orders. Some orders were not... accurate, but there was a line up there & we didn't want to wait 15 or so minutes to get to counter, then however long to getthe right order. They were very nice & polite, but probably short staffed as are a lot of places. Seemed as if they needed moretraining in effeciency. Fod was good. Read more
Both positive and negative. We love the grilled chicken sandwich. Happy we went in last time, my bun was so hard it made sound.... They offered a new sandwich, I just took a new bun. Glad I didn't get that in the drive thru! Happy in the end. Read more
Rated Two stars because food was good, but the dining room tables were sticky and not wiped down. Looking around I would say 75... percent of tables were dirty and looked sticky. No wonder we were the only ones eating inside. Makes me wonder what the backof the kitchen really looks like. Read more
Restaurant is clean. Food is good. I did see an employee holding a burger in her hand with her gloves on, and then touch the... kitchen order status screen with her other hand and then touch the burger with that hand without changing gloves. I ordered amobile order, and it took a long time for them to make it because they didn?t check the pending online orders in their system.Overall it wasn?t a bad experience. Read more
Wendy?s takes the crown for best fast food burger. Good service. They gave me a large instead of a medium and didn?t charge me... for it. They use honor system on the keychain free frosty. Overall very good place to eat. Clean too. Read more
I used to frequent this Wendy's before moved 3 years ago. It was the best. I don't know what happened but the last few times... have been horrible. Last night we waited like 30 minutes in line, when plenty of people could be seen working. The drive thrugirl was short tempered, and only said what else after every pause. No thank you, smile, or any type of service was given..thenuggets and fries were cold. And the spicy chicken sandwich was like cardboard. I put a picture after a couple bites when Iactually turned the light on. Ridiculous. This place really went down. Read more
This place is a disgrace. Ownership should be embarrassed and corporate should close it . Staff doesn?t care. It took 25... minutes to get two salads and a side order of fries. Fries were cold and the two salads were not the type I ordered. Managerfor angry when I asked for a soft drink cup. Dining room was disgusting and the bathroom stunk.
