Our waitress was super nice and she did a great job even though she?s still in training. The cook however was a HUGE... disappointment. She was dropping f bombs left and right with my 5 year old present and paying very much attention. Her overallattitude was horrible. She had the waitress take order?s for 3 tables because it was ?quicker? for her. Needless to say by thetime the last person was served at my table everyone else was done eating. There is no way possible someone can be so ugly on the outside and the inside. My daughter and I walked in and there was a sign... explaining lobby will be closed after 6:00pm but will still take to go orders. Which is fine. three ladies were there and madeperfect eye contact but nobody even knowledges us. A lady walked in before me and was going through the same treatment. One ladytold the other that it?s after six and it would only be to gos the girl that looks like her teeth are to big for her mouthstarted saying how happy she is about it and blah blah. Mind you we are sitting on the high stools and still have not beengreeted. 12 min later she takes the lady before me order. Big teeth didn?t want to take my order by the high chairs which areright next to the register she wanted to me to walk over to her. I tried ordering the special and apparently could not orderover easy eggs because they too go order Didnt have the option. Rude girls. Looked like they hated life and their jobs. Which Istill have no idea how it?s any of our faults we didn?t submit the applications, take them to the interview or agree on pay.Although There was a black gentleman who was nice and seemed actually happy to do his job. I'm guessing they were short staffed because there was only two ladies so they could only fill take out orders. Have been on the... road though and asked the waitress where a safe place to sleep in my car would be and she said right here, I slept from about4:00 a.m. to almost 8:00 a.m. in their parking lot without being bothered. One the few CLEAN Waffle Houses I've been to in a while. My server was very friendly and attentive and my food was pretty... decent. The T-bone in my book look like it came from a mini cow or calf due to how small it was. Other than that I couldn'tcomplain too much. Read more
?. I?m utterly speechless. Each course was an explosion of flavor. You have to respect the level of precision at this restaurant... along with the presentation of the dishes. Everything from the tableware to the food was a work of art. The staff was incrediblyfriendly and introduced each course and wine. I almost got the feeling that I was attending a theatric show due to the level ofprecision. They change their menu once a season. I can?t wait to come back. Bravo, this was a night for the books. Waitress was nice! However both of our entire meals was cold. Eggs, hash browns and toast. The food was so cold the butter... didn?t even melt on the toast. I will not be coming back anytime soon Read more
I want to start by saying that I love Waffle House food but this location is a letdown. We waited over 10 minutes for one of the... 9 staff in this restaurant to clean 1 of the 3 available tables. Then we met our waitress which we soon found out needed to gothrough an intense training to learn how to speak and act around customers. I'm very disappointed because I recommended thisplace to my family and then I felt terrible for bringing them. I will say that the food was still good. Read more
This was the best WAFFLE HOUSE experience I've had in a very long time. Everything was delicious and there were no issues with... our food order. Our server was very courteous and presented with a smile each time she came to our table. The staff seem to getalong well and appear to actually enjoy their work.
