If I could give this a minus 1 I would, they forgot about order. There was only our party of 3 and during the 50 mins we... waited they only had 3 other parties. Part of the problem is there is no supervising manager on site. We have to wait untilanother manager comes to get a refund. The manager did apologize and completed the refund. . It's not delivery, it's disgusting.....Came out for a stroll, thought we would get a pizza. I should have put salt on the box... and eaten it instead. I'm not sure that they are using as cheese as does not have the texture of any cheese I have ever eaten.The entire pizza lacked flavor of any kind, how in the world does this place have a 4.3 raring? At best it is a 2 on a good dayand that's only because maybe something else they make taste better. Frozen crust from the taste of it, I don't mean to be socruel about it but it truly is the most disgusting pizza I ever put in my mouth. Got the pasta. Noodles were over cooked they were mushy, then drowned in bland sauce. The chicken was over cooked. Then I had to... pay 20$. It?s much worse food than what you get at airport Italian places. The pizza looked terrible as well. Way too muchcheese, dried out toppings. Do not recommend. Update: went back and tried the pizza. Ended up throwing it out after 2 bites. Itwas AWFUL. Stale crust, too much mediocre cheese, and not enough toppings. Definitely avoid this place at all costs. Read more

The eggplant parmesan dinner was delicious. The staff was friendly and patient, ensuring the spaghetti was to our satisfaction... even as we were near closing time. We enjoyed the Italian cannolis and took some home with us. In this restaurant, the settingis casual, so we didn't feel out of place since we weren't wearing formal clothing. We look forward to making this our regulardining spot and supporting local businesses. Read more

We have been here many times so I'm giving my review based on those experiences. When we went last time a few weeks ago the... pizza was just not the same. The sauce also was different. SHIP AHOY Went to try something new in the area. Had pasta with sausage and DW had the eggplant parm. Spaghetti was soggy as was... the eggplant. Cafeteria with plastic utensils and limited beverage selection. Building was an echo chamber and the staff wasgathered behind the counter cackling loudly. Unprofessional! We asked for the pasta to be well drained. Bottom line, if youcannot go elsewhere (better close by) it is just OK taste. Read more

Feb 2021 review was 2 stars: The food was pretty good, however trying to get the food and pay for it was utter chaos and is why... I only gave it 2 stars. We had to wait in 3 separate lines - one to get pasta, one to get a salad, and another to pay. The girlat the cash register has probably quit or been fired by now because she was beyond frazzled and rude. There are hardly anytables inside because they had so many lines people were standing in there wasn't room for tables. (If the line were setup likeChipotle, things would go much faster!) When we needed a to go box after we ate, we had to go stand in line again. The girlrunning the register ignored me so I had to ask someone else and they were nice but had no idea where the to go containers werelocated and had to ask someone else where to find them. I'm not sure when they opened but the way everyone was running aroundlooking confused made me hope they had just opened and would soon fix all the kinks in their operations. April 2021 reviewupdated to 4 stars: After a second visit, I see most of the recommendations I suggested were implemented.
