I've ordered vegetarian tacos from here plenty of times and each time they get better and better. Very neatly served and had no... mistakes. I've ordered vegetarian from a lot of places and had problems with meat being added to my meals for some reason. Eachtime I order from here they have it spot on. It really means a lot when you can just enjoy your meal and don't have to drive allthe way back because your order was wrong. The staff after 7pm is who I usually order with and they rock! Thank you. Frying the crunchy taco in old, burnt oil (said the manager), tasted like dish soap and couldn?t eat it. It took quite awhile to... get the nasty taste out of my mouth. They were apologetic tho and gave me a refund. I don?t believe I will be going to thatTaco Bell again. Read more
Allow me to explain this - 1st, I do not write reviews, but this restaurant deserves a scathing one. I live and work pretty... close to this one, so it's simple and easy for my family and I to come here when we want it. This won't be long, I'll make itshort and simple. I spent nearly $30 on 6 food items and 2 large drinks. What I received was extremely horrible guest service,an uncooperative shift leader and cold food, all of which was in stark contrast of what Taco Bell is known for. Not to mention,there was hair and dried out chicken pieces in the food. I called the restaurant once we realized what was happening, no oneanswered the phone. I called a total of 8 times between 10 pm and midnight. Needless to say, no one answered. I tried again thismorning, guess what? No answer. At this point, I'm taking this unbelievably unedible food back to Taco Bell, contacting thecorporate office, as well as Taco Bell itself (being that this is a franchise), I feel it's important to be transparent insituations like these. This is truly the best Taco Bell location on Ocala. They have the friendliest staff and they always seem to be on point. It has... actually been years since I had been to this location due to moving out of town for a few years but doesn't seem like they havelost their touch after going during lunch while at work. Been going here for my kids for a quick bite. I went through driverthru and when I got home 10 minutes later(which I should have... checked the bag) there was barely nothing on the nacho cheese little cup. WARNING: THEY DON'T HAVE A GOOD MEXICAN PIZZA This particular Taco Bell location simply serves as the worst example the... franchise can give us. The food is poorly and slowly prepared. The order is always wrong or has items forgotten. The orderalways takes no less than 15 minutes to be served. These are examples of things that happen every time. Not sometimes. Theservice is terrible, when you can get it. The employees all remain camped in the back (yes, usually on the phone, you know thedrill) long after you have walked in, expecting you to just use the kiosk to order. Nobody will come to the register unless youmake extra effort to get their attention, and then make you feel as if you have inconvenienced them. Even app orders areneglected and you have to wait a very long time. The atmosphere of this location? Bland, dreary. Half of the tables are alwaysdirty. The floor gets mopped maybe once during every shift. The supplies are always low. These are the employees that serve asan argument against a $15/hour minimum wage. I've always liked Taco bell. I've always understood that Taco Bell is a fast foodrestaurant, I don't expect gourmet meals or a fine dining experience. However, this particular location fails at providing evena basically pleasant dining experience. It is a shame. I keep trying to go back because they are the only Taco Bell in my area,but I don't know that I can continue trying much longer. I work hard for my money, and feel I deserve a decent meal and decentservice in exchange for it. It's a shame I had to leave a star, I feel as if they owe me a few. Read more
