I just placed an order there order number 936922 and I?m missing half of it. Never recieved the nacho fry box. Your phones... aren?t on and the corporate # is closed on the weekend. West Silver Silver Springs Blvd. Stood inside waiting to order for around 15 minutes. Was not greeted or acknowledged. Same... person at counter when I entered was still waiting on her order. I left and went to another Taco Bell which had fast service. Read more

This is the only Taco Bell in Ocala that is clean and has amazing customer service. Anytime there?s a problem with my order they... always fix it with a smile, but it?s very rare there?s ever a problem. It?s usually user error lol. This Taco Bell is clean. The workers are ready to serve. Food is prompt Located on Route 40, just before you hop on I-75.
A very nice experience! The staff and food are top notch. You wouldn't expect the amazing personalities at a fast food... restaurant. The manager was on the prep line helping with orders, but still took the time to speak with us. We specificallyordered every item with a different special request and each item was prepared correctly as requested. The lady (Rachel L) atthe front counter is seriously underpaid, she greeted everyone with a cheerful demeanor. She made me laugh at least 5 times withher great sense of humor. Waited forever in the drive-through. Car behind me said screw it and drove away. Food absolutely SUCKED!
