Stopped in here for lunch, first time visiting this location. They had a small staff working the dining room and the drive thru.... There was also a kiosk setup where you could order directly from the website, which was nice, being that they offer specialdeals on the website that they don't offer in store. Once we received our order, everything was hot and fresh. They had allsauces and utensils neatly arranged in bins for customers to help themselves to. Read more

Its very irritating to spend $56 on food. To then have to pull up to a parking spot. Wait 30 mins just to get cold food.... Management needs to fix this issue this isnt the first time. ???? .should be refunded for the horrible food. Also you guysforgot the sauce again. Read more

Store was pretty clean considering there weren't many people working..service terrible! First of all I went specifically for the... nacho fries..ordered combos with them and extra sides of them....I had to order at the kiosk ..ok no biggie. After about 25minutes (there was a large party that ordered before me ..and their order was messed up so I figured I could be patient)....well anyways after 25 minutes I flag down an employee and ask about my order...I'm informed it was never entered in yet bcI had to still pay!!!!! Like what??? Nobody helped me until then! Then I get the order and NO FRIES....all the fries werereplaced with CHIPS!!!! THEY SAID OH WE RAN OUT OF FRIES. No credits no apologies nothing. Waste of 45 minutes of my time andstill hungry. Food wasn't even hot by that point. Read more

**EDIT** 10/22/22 Gave them another chance today. So we get a sign up front hand written "USE KIOSK TO ORDER". Nobody doing... anything there to warrant not having a cashier. Nobody in drive thru. This just laziness to another level. Who's running thisfailure? This has to be the most ghetto Taco Bell in Florida. The menu signs don't even work. You literally have to kioskorder. EVERY table littered with debris. Trash overflowing. No attempt at dining room recovery. NONE. DIRTY, LAZY, UNMANAGED. Read more

We have tried to give this Taco Bell the benefit of the doubt a few times now but every time we go it?s the same experience;... horrible! For as much money as Taco Bell charges, they should ensure their staff take a little more care in preparing theircustomers orders. So much grease on the tacos, crunchy tacos fall apart and are mush. Several times there were no tomatoes onany of the items in our order, the Mexican pizza is not crispy at all, the list goes on and on. It cost us $50 for a family of 5and we are always displeased when we get our food home to eat. Read more

I am very disappointed at this Taco Bell in that they put a trespassing warrant against a senior and that management considers... well I guess Tori is management that she was justified and that she felt threatened by this senior. Supposedly the senior askedfor lightning Mountain Dew I cannot tell you how many times this particular senior comes into this Taco Bell a week at least 2to 3 times every month and orders diet Mountain Dew. Did Tori this a wonderful assistant manager repeat back to the customerthat we do not carry lightning Mountain Dew or did she just say well we don?t carry that. Did she repeat back did you ask forlightning Mountain Dew as we don?t carry that did she repeat this back to the senior I assume not. So this senior believing thathe stated diet Mountain Dew which he has always gotten there and that this particular Tori is ignoring him becomes agitated withthe situation and leaves to go somewhere else to eat. Then realizes that he never did get his food so when he goes back therebasically Tori throws his food on the counter supposedly and he refuses it cause he?s not sure what has been done to his food inretaliation just wants his money back. Tori gave him a number to contact management or corporate but it?s just an IT number. Sohe does get contacted by managements like well you said lightning Mountain Dew and yes you have been trespassed you are notallowed in our restaurant anymore. So disrespectful to a senior so disappointing that you treat seniors this way and myself Iwill never ever go back into this Taco Bell if this is the way you treat older people shame on you. Read more
