Extremely long wait! My order wasn't correct, very rude cashier, somewhat dingy establishment, chicken was super small(yall had... to see it for yourselves). Biscuits was brown & hard, barely any gravy on mashed potatoes and OVERALL BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE frommore than 1 cashier. After sitting in the drive thru for almost 35 minutes, I place my order. I procede to pay and leave, drive home 20 minutes. I... get home only to discover that after explicitly asking for SPICY chicken I got regular. Ordered ahead online and still waited 23 minutes to get our food in the drive-through. Awful service. Love Popeyes. The one in... Belleview is much faster. If we wouldn?t have already paid online would have went somewhere else. The service here is awful. Their outside order mic was broken so I went inside. No big deal, it happens. BUT. It took me 45min... to place my order inside despite being 3rd in line. I was at the register for nearly 25min. Why? Because they let doordashes/people claiming door dash cut the line. A good 15 people had their orders taken ahead of me while I was at the register. Ordered a 14 PC. Meal with 2 large sides. Only received 7 pcs. And the Cole slaw seemed to be made with paste. I shouldn't have... to unpack my CARRY OUT order to make sure everything is there, especially after waiting 20 minutes to get it.
