Greatly improved service. When we first moved to the area, the service was unnaturally slow and the chicken was very greasy. So... we stopped trying. Recently, we really wanted chicken and gave them another chance. I'm really glad we did. The chicken wasdelicious, and the manager came to the drive thru window to tell us how we could change our order to save money. Very pleasedwith the improvement. Read more
We came up through the drive thru at 10:20 a.m. They did not wait until they opened to take our order and gave us our drinks and... food fresh before the 10:30 opening time. That is amazing service that they did not have to do. Thank you Popeyes for anawesome experience. Read more
For the first time in the past couple years I had a good experience at Popeyes. The general manager was very polite and helpful.... I?m glad to see that it is turning around for the positive. Used to be you would sit there in the drive through for 10 min ormore and no one would respond to you or they would tell you they had minimal food options available. Perfection takes time so plan to wait if there's a line. But trust me it's worth it. The 1 sandwich had always been amazing and... it still is. Plenty of places offer this simple sandwich but no one can seem to compete with the size and flavor while competingin the small price point. Read more

PLEASE HIRE MORE PEOPLE. It's just ridiculous the wait time when there are only two cars in line. It's always like this. In... addition, never any mild tenders are available. I have no gripe with the employees that work there. Clearly, they areoverwhelmed, overworked, under paid and doing the best they can. I appreciate them. They are not the problem.
