Have to order on app for pick-up after 11pm. Didn't know that, thought I could just walk in and order. Food was great though.
Lobby hours say open till 11. Doors were locked at 10:12pm on July 25th with employees inside, one order on the screen and no... orders waiting on the hotcase. I called the store and got put on hold while I watched the employee do it. Knocked on the doorand he yelled that the inside was closed. Read more

Delivery was so quick and food look so yummy order guy was so nice and so was the delivery woman
The food when we get it is normally pretty good, but every single time we order they mark it as delivered before it even makes... it to my door. Whenever I call to ask about it they have told me 1) oh the driver is going to drop yours off after this shiftbecause he lives near you. 2) oh the system must be messed up they just left with your order. 3) I get put in hold or hung up onand can?t even figure out where our pizza is. Today I tried to do an order for ahead of time knowing our normal struggle. Here Iam 30 minutes past the delivery time and still no pizza. I?ve tried calling and keep getting put on hold. I ordered this pizzaover and hour ahead of time to make sure we got it at a decent time. Read more
I have just moved in this area and when I found the nearest Papa Johns in City of Belleview they were very rude and customer... service was not kind. There was a issue with my online order and the manager didn't assist to help me or help fix the problem.It was this location on College road that redeemed my service. My Issue was solved by Jacob and Austin.. both have very goodcustomer service they were kind to fix the problem from another store and just for that this location will be the ONLY LOCATIONI will come to. So I want to give them a Shout out for Good service and great employees. Read more
Got good, fast service, the pizza and bread sticks were well made and tasted delicious, the staff had a good attitude and good... conversation while I waited for the food to be cooked. Only 12 min. Wait time from time of payment, overall I was happy with thevisit, and will return soon. Read more
I've tried several pizza places since moving to Ocala. This is the best so far. Try to schedule when I know I'll be on that area
