I was visiting family and decided to eat out. I have a gluten allergy (celiac) and eating out is difficult. Mojo's was very... helpful, the servers were very nice and they explained they had a Gluten free menu. So happy I got to eat out! It wasdelicious! I love the decor. Great stuff. The guitar theme especially hit me. The Stairway to Heaven room wasn?t as good as the rest,... though I liked the guitars. The rest of the place was more interesting and had more to look at! I had the Boss Hog burger andit was delicious. So good. The tastes went together perfectly. So me & my partner planned on dining in, but plans changed so we called in our dinner for take out. I had the Chicken Rajun... Cajun Pasta and he had signature wings in the sauce Raisin? Cane BBQ and fries. It was our first time trying the food & it wasamazing! He said the staff was very nice & repeated the pick up order back to confirm! Not a good experience here. We came with a group of 7 and two of our party have meat allergies and one is vegan. First off,... there were almost no options that were vegetarian/vegan friendly to start, and then when we put in our orders and were assuredby our waitress that there was no meat or cheese in the orders for those people, when we got the food we were very unpleasantlysurprised to find that the cooked vegetables had cheese on them and the red beans and rice actually had HOT DOG in it, eventhough the waitress had clearly said there wouldn?t be any meat in there and it was not stated on the menu. Our vegan friend didnot know and inadvertently had a bite of the hot dog, which was the first piece of meat she had had in 8 years and strongly wentagainst her personal values. Thankfully she didn?t have the meat allergy, but it just as easily could have been and we wouldhave had a very different outcome. This is very dangerous and inconsiderate to not state the ingredients on the menu that arepotential allergens such as this and for the staff to claim they know and then be clearly wrong. This was veryfrustrating. Also, on a totally different note, the chicken salad had a strong emphasis on chicken, so don?t be expecting muchlettuce. It was not good in my opinion, and don?t feel great post-meal. To their credit the staff did take the $6 meal off thetab (but didn?t take off the $3 fries that went with it??) but I guess at least they tried and seemed at least a littleapologetic. The fried pickles and waffle fries were pretty good though so that was a small redeeming factor. Overall, would notadd this to my list of delicious restaurants to go back to, but I highly recommend that they add ingredients to the menu for thesafety of their customers and that staff make sure of the content of dishes they are serving and don?t just guess oningredients.
