I really don?t understand why mobile orders have to go through the drive through and the order is NEVER READY!!! And they have... to pulled and wait longer in the reserved parking spot !!!! The wait to get your food after ordering and paying is UNACCEPTABLE took me about 30 min to receive 1 sausage biscuit and 1 hash... brown and that was because I spoke up at the counter telling them I had a dr. Appointment in Gainesville I had to go cause theyalready have me running late still took another 5 to 10 min. Worst experience I've ever had at McDonald's. Employees were very unprofessional. Ordered a breakfast platter and they gave me... square sandwich eggs instead of scrambled. Forgot our drink. Never usually have a problem with them but today brought me to the top. I explained smh mobile app wasn?t working then it... started to work I rather order it there because it was cheaper. They made me go around, waited extra 10m for the food food iscold and I got charged for extra vanilla and my coffee still doesn?t have vanilla! Ordered a egg and cheese biscuit it was the worse I've ever had. Would have gone back and complained but was on way to Dr appt.... and couldn't turn around. The only taste it had was pure salt! Couldn't taste egg or cheese. Was so salty couldn't eat it. Willnever do that again! From now on will drive out of my way to find a different McDonald's to go to. Wish I could give it a minus3 stars. Just left McDonalds! BEST McDonalds EVER! It was clean, all employees were AWESOME! Order was fast, hot, perfect and... delivered with a smile. My husband is not one to talk to people in restaurants, but he had to tell the manager they needed togo train the Leesburg store.
