I ordered food from kiosk instead of going through the drive thru or up to register. That way I can decide what I wanted. Not... only did they mess up my order but kept missing item and telling me that I did not ordered what I ordered and where was myreceipt but the kiosk is out of paper so never printed me one out lucky they put one on the outside of my bag and that?s theonly way I was able to proof of what I had ordered/bought.. they definitely need more training up here and have them look foranother job. Ordere $34 through door dash and these idiots had no fries at all in my bag. You have nothing but time to read the order and... prepare the meal before door dash comes and you still can?t get it right. Sub par service . Door dash refunded my money butthat doesn?t get my time back and still had to drive to get food any way since I received half of my order. Read more

I never give a review unless it's really bad or really good. Went through drive through. They had me pull up to space 4. They... brought my food out in 4 bags and I didn't have room to check items so I asked her 3 times are you sure all items are in thebags. She reassured me that she checked herself. Get home missing 2 Mc ribs 2 hamburgers And a big Mac. I drove back up walkedin the store and was able to get it reordered . I watched 20 people get their order and the whole drivethrough clear out beforethey remade my order. 20 mins waiting for a remake when they should prioritize customers they already paid and received a wrongorder. I don't get it why they still have the same management. This is not the first time . Probably closer to 5 times gettingthe wrong order. Normally it's 1 sandwich or wrong toppings. We let it slide and my days goes on. When half your family doesn'thave thier food it's hard to let it slide. When you make someone wait so long that when you receive your items the foods cold oreveryone else is done eating. I'm sorry but this may be the only outlet to let others know . My vote is avoid this location atall costs. Read more

This has got to be the most pathetic McDonald's location I've ever experienced. There's nothing "fast" about their food at all.... You could literally come at 3:30am with only 1 car in front of you and still sit behind the 1 car line for 15 mins. It's alwayssomething at this location when we come. Always. Read more

This McDonald's is like no other one I have been to. They are constantly busy, which is a great thing, BUT THEY HAVE MESSED UP... MY ORDER EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO THERE!!! It's very frustrating to have an order ALWAYS BE WRONG, whether it's during a rushcrowd or not. I ALWAYS GO INSIDE, thinking that they won't get my order wrong, but they still do. I absolutely hate it becauseI'll get some of my order, then I have to wait for the rest of it. By the time I get everything I have ordered my fries & otherfood are cold, and my drink is watered down. What should be a very quick trip from my house to McDonald's and back is more than30 to 40 minutes...and I only live less than 10 minutes away. GO TO ANOTHER McDONALD'S IF YOU CAN!!!! Read more

It's McDonald's. Drive thru is always busy but they do a good job of moving the lines. Food 89% of the time is hot and made... correctly. Always check for your sauces and napkins. Team members are friendly. Read more

So I pull up and take my order then the lady tells me to just pull up and I?ll get my order so nobody comes so I just pull into... a car slot , and they give me my order right , at the intercom I told them to please make sure my food was fresh cause it wasfor my 3 year old. I get my order and the food isn?t fresh so I walk back in ask for a manager and ask for a fresh meal. Themanager looks me in the face and says okay , then I see him wait 15 minutes until he says something to his staff , so I?m juststanding here. All I have to say is stop antagonizing your customers cause one day you?ll try the wrong person and it could ofbeen prevented if you didn?t decide to be petty that day. Read more
