Every single time we go, they are extremely rude and the wait is long. They never salt their fries, I?ve seen the manager go... straight from pulling them from the fryer to putting them in the boxes. We will ask for large but they refuse to ring it up aslarge. I also can?t have cold drinks due to health issues and sensitive teeth, if we go through the drive thru, no matter howmany times we say no ice, they still give us ice. I?m extremely allergic to tomatoes and will say no tomatoes, but they stillput them on there. By far the worst McDonalds I?ve been to. Read more
The chain continues to go downhill. The burgers were good, except that we had requested extra ketchup and pickles but that... wasn't done. There was no ice at either station in the dining room and it was a long wait at the counter to get some. Evenordering took a long time. The ordering kiosks were not working and the person taking orders would leave between taking orders.We were there too long to get two cheese burgers and an iced tea. At one point a group of employees were just standing andtalking. Maybe they were strategizing on how to get our food made correctly and quickly ????. Read more
My dad ordered a filet o fish, it came almost plain and had nothing on it except cheese. He kindly asked for another one with... the tarter sauce on it, and somebody in the back had an attitude about it and drowned it in tartar sauce to the point where hecouldn?t even eat it with his hands. I got a couple of hot fudge sundaes from the fantastic employees @ this McDonald's. They are always friendly, get my orders out... to me swiftly & never mess them up. I truly appreciate their customer service & hard work. Thank you all from one customerservice worker to another. ???? The things I've witnessed cruel customers do to workers since I was 16 should result in the paybeing higher. Much higher. Read more
They have touch screens inside to order the food so that's cool. No complaints. This McDonald's is close to the turn pike so we... stopped before heading south. Love the lighting, they look like flowers. Read more
I love this McDonald?s it?s very friendly. I?ve been there a few times the only thing that I don?t like is the double... drive-through?s everybody in this one particularly seems like they try to outdo each other if they can get an inch on you theywill do it so it?s always a challenge going through the drive-through The store itself is not always open I guess because of thevirus or short of workers but I still like it.
