Ordered a shareable meal, 2 big macs, 2 fries, and 20 nuggets. I also ordered 3 mcdoubles, and a small fry and 4 happy meals for... a large family. Didn't receive 1 big Mac and 2 of the mcdoubles. Didn't realize it until I was 25 miles north at home. Read more
The shift manager you had on shift of 11/19 at 2:55. There was a young black girl and the younger white gentleman . The woman... had an attitude with you customer it was older couple had waited 30 minutes for the food and when she handed the bag to them itwas cold and the ask for warm food she ignored them and kept going . I went there last Friday told them at the drive through I needed two happy meals. One with barbecue and the other with ranch... they asked two more time at the speaker.. then again when I paid and then again when I went to the pick up window.. got home nosauce.. they almost let me leave without the fries.. I proceeded to call 189 times they would answer and hang up I would callback they wouldn't answer even to the next day same thing.. I live too far away to go back so on my way home I stopped and wentIn and said something to I assume was the acting manager.. he was polite and listened to me.. didnt offer any reimbursement..took my order and I added a small fry and 4 piece mcnugget... got home no mcnuggets.. I had my sauce though..he was nice andthrew in a small drink at no charge but and I probably should have checked but I put too much faith that someone who told youtheir order was messed up they would try to make sure it wasn't messed up again. I ordered food and had to sit in the drive thru forever!! Was almost late for a job I had in the area. I actually had to leave... without my food. I was the 3rd car in line yet it still took forever. I don't know what they were doing in there but, I'm glad Ileft. Read more
what a strange place... traveling from South Florida, and decided to stop for a bite to eat... granted it was 4:50 in the... morning... all the lights are on and I'm assuming they're open... Nobody answers at the first window... I go to therestaurant window and they all stare at me like I'm crazy... Finally, someone outside walks up to my car window and says sorrywe're closed.. Normally they have great people up there but today met the new dyke manager who cant fix simple issues her cracked out workers... make. Will give you a attitude as a new age pronoun cry baby would. Hit or miss place but wouldn't fully recommend it unless youare just that hungry. Read more
Service has become unbearably slow, employees are not very friendly. Seems like they are annoyed by customers. They don't greet... you, inside or in the drive thru. It's always hand off money or food with no communication outside of the amount owed... Thefries seem to always be old, which is odd considering you wait so long for food. I hardly ever go now, and it seems to just getworse everytime I do. I think my McDonald's days are officially over. Read more
Service was fast and food was hot but I ordered two happy meals and specifically asked about juice boxes to which they replied... ?we put them in the bag?. I know, I know I should of checked myself but I had two kids in my arms and it was not possible at thetime. 15 minutes down the road?.no juice boxes. Moral of the story?.just check bags yourself!
