It?s Little Caesar?s. Everyone knows. Not the best, but still a vibe. 3 stars because online ordering cannot be customized so I... had to call in and when calling, I was immediately placed on hold. Not a problem. Until I got up to 7 minutes on hold andrealized they totally just forgot someone was on the phone (at first they sounded busy working which is fine but at that pointit was just banter). I called back and I believe the same woman picked up and I just blatantly said I was on hold for 7 minutes.She didn?t respond but I don?t feel it warranted a response honestly. It just is what it is. Tried to order online, but my card was declined. Called the store to order, but the lady said that all delivery orders need to... go through the website. No option for cash delivery. Cleared my cache and closed/opened the browser; redid the order. Sameproblem. Called my card company, and they said that the charge was approved for zero dollars, so the problem was on LittleCaesars' end; there was no problem with my card. Called the store again; same lady. She said to keep trying the website,otherwise, I'd have to come into the store. After reading the reviews, it is obvious that Little Caesars has had an ongoing andknown online ordering problem. You would think that they would take orders over the phone to compensate, while they were(hopefully) fixing the problem. Little Caesars has lost this customer. Read more
