I'm not one to complain. But this is an easy fix. The car in front of me must of orderd something that needed to be made (... again okay ) but for the love of God have them park and bring it out them.. to make my car and idk how many behind me weight 30min is insane!!!!!! As with so many pizza offerings, I am soooo tired of not having the dough fully cooked. Raw dough. Check out your next pizza and... you we see, frozen ( by instructions) or fresh. I took a piece back to Ceasars to show them, they apologized and refunded theprice. (great customer service) I always order to have pizza well done, run it through the oven twice, they think I am crazy,and it still comes out semi cooked? I am not scamming for free pizza. Always has orders ready, never takes too long. Haven't had issues. It's as good as Little Caesars should be.
It?s little ceasars. Pizza was good. I order here once a week sometimes twice a week and I pull into the drive thru and get the... pizzas and leave. Never had any real issue. Probably shouldn't have your employees dropping the N-bomb behind the counter loud enough for the customers to hear them. I get... that this particular location is in a gas station but there should be some level of professionalism considering you'rerepresenting the franchise. The food was decent but I really didn't feel comfortable in that environment where this disgustinglanguage was being used. Management needs to step it up and correct this behavior. It's a $6 cheese pizza. Not the worst and not the best. Drive thru was empty so service was quick. Pizza was hot and already... prepared. Team members seemed nice. Great when it's a late work night and the kids are starving. Read more
