Terrible service, customer service, and delivery. The food is great( the 1st time i tried it). They never answer the phone. My... second time ordering for delivery was a nightmare again. I placed an order at 8:39 explain to me why at 10:50 they send me amessage canceling my order due to driver unable to finish the delivery. Now it is totally unacceptable the time frame. No one inthe restaurant answer the phone for 2 hrs. Uber eats never amsw the phone. I am fighting to get at least a refund. Still on thephone and it's an hr after the last update. Rock hard chicken meat. Ordered 50$ worth of wings not realizing it was from chillis and they were so incredibly hard i can not... stress that enough! I got a refund but the whole thing was a huge inconvenience since it was half and hour to get there andanother 30 mins back for buffalo sauce and "stones." The fries were cold enough to use as ice in my sweet tea. Its the worstchicken and fries i have ever eaten. Even checkers has better food than here and its much cheaper. Read more
The food comes out of a Ghost Kitchen Ran through a very Poorly managed Chilis. Don't waste your time or money ordering from... this place. They serve old overcooked wings and burnt dried curly fries. Read more
Almost impossible for anyone to bring you food out for curbside they will once in a blue moon and constantly forgetting to put... ranch in with the wings even if u pay for extra honesty don?t know why I bother coming here anymore. Also the fries are ALWAYScold!! Read more
My son said they were great so I said ok. For starters the gave our delivery order to someone else. So we had to wait over an... hour. We finally get out food and it was COLD. Soggy curly fries and tasteless wings that were cold. I had parm. Garlic wings.He got the honey chipotle and we?re not good either. Very disappointed in It's just wings from Chili's in Ocala FL. My family and I ordered a large batch of wings and fries. One box... of wings weren't completely cooked. I literately sunk my teeth into raw meat not even noticing the pink and red from the insideof one if the drum sticks, I also knew immediately after I realized the taste was completely off. One of our other boxes ofwings weren't rolled in sauce and tasted like it was sitting for hrs just reheated. Disgusting!! ???????? Not going back! Read more

Was not happy with the wings. I like my wings crunchy and there was nowhere I could relay that while ordering online. No comment... box or a option to check on how you like your wings cooked. So I was not surprised when the wings came way under cooked. I havebought raw wings at the store that looked as cooked as these. Also this place is not it's own restaurant. It's just Chilies.
