Went to eat for Thanksgiving. They were under-staffed, with 2 young, female servers working the tables. Then, there was an... older, bald man, dressed to clean up the tables. He was taking care of people walking in, getting them seated, waiting on them.He was super polite, friendly, and put those young girls to shame and walking circlesaround them. What a nice man, and not thekind of help anyone would want to lose, in my opinion. Give that man a promotion. Oh yeah... the food was excellent. Read more
Came recently for breakfast and the remodel of the place is nice, Although all new staff. Waitress was good but the lady at the... front should not be a hostess. We stood up at the front for 5 minutes before being spoken to. We had to repeat our name multipletimes and how many in our party twice. She kept calling for people that have already been sat and was mixing up all the names.She is not meant for the front!! Remodel is about the only good thing going for them right now, but miss the old crew. The newpeople there are mediocre at best. Read more
Food was really tasty. Service was a bit slow. I could see that they were short staffed but overall most of the food was good.
Exactly what you would expect from a chain breakfast style restaurant. The wait time is always instant and the staff are... attentive and nice enough. Food is good and comes out quickly, and the restaurant is usually kind of empty which leads to aquiet, simple, and peaceful meal. The 55+ menu is also very good for options and excellent on cost, and very much appreciated. Read more
Walked in to be told its was going to be a wait, due to only 2 people on the floor for the night, I was alright with that cause... I love breakfast for dinner so I waited, the waitress should be giving something, she was very professional(yes, its her job)nice and out going. She and the other waiter ran that floor like a charm and the cooks didn't get behind, Kristen did anoutstanding job!!!! Read more
Excellent service and food prepared as asked. Good staff and friendly. Little noisy by the kitchen but that's to be expected!!... Way better than cracker barrel in town. Thanks for a great experience!!! Read more
Mediocre all around. Service was lacking. Never got a refill on beverage but they were at least friendly. Food could have been a... lot better. They?re really skimping on the portions. Food was cold as well. Children?s chicken strip dinner was actually threelittle chicken nuggets. Eggs were good and hot but hash browns were cold and missing half of them. Sausage links were obviouslyold, they were wrinkly and cold. Bacon was cold and very crispy almost burned. I?ll say the specialty pancakes did look as closeto the picture as possible but everything else was cold. Not worth it at all. They don?t have a $5 or $6 menu either. Waited ten minutes to get greeted, and then seated. We ordered two orders of toast with meals, only received one, and no jelly.... Had to wait 5 minutes for second order of toast, and it was the wrong bread. Ordered well done bacon. It was brown but limp,like it had been sitting around in the kitchen. Restaurant is disorganized, waitress was not very friendly and dissapered.Finally brought check, but didn't say we had to pay her. Took check and payment to front counter. Found out there is no registerthere. Girl had to go find waitress so I could pay her and wait while she went to find change. Haven't been to this restaurantin a while, probably won't go back any time soon. Too bad I used to really like IHOP. Read more
