Placed an order never delivered, spoke to manager "Sam" who stated that the manager before her should have called. They are... unable to deliver. They charged $53.55 to my credit card and I still have not refunded my money- going on three days later. Sam states that she cannot give any other managers name or corporate number or they will fire her. I hope someone withincorporate or the owner reaches out ASAP. Read more
Recently placed an online order. I was given 2 options where I live, and clicked the one with the lesser delivery time. A little... while later I got a call from them, missed it and called back. The male employee told me they were TOO far from me and couldn'tdeliver and would have to cancel the order. That was fine, could've been a system error and I told him I would order from theother one, i just chose the one with the lesser time which was them. The problem here is that he got snappy and said the delivertime doesn't matter and it could vary anywhere.The attitude was completely unnecessary and unwarranted. There was no reason forit since I was understood the reason given, it's okay and long as I'm not charged, thank you for letting me know. Not sure if hehad a long day or what, his attitude and demeanor over the phone was unacceptable and enough for me to make sure I never orderhere AT all. If he's that upset over people ordering based on the listed delivery time, he needs to take that up with hismanagement team and have it resoluted with the website, not go on a rant to a online customer who placed the order. This was asimple issue. I'm only giving this two stars because the lady employee who left the voicemail was very professional. Read more
We ordered online. This was my first order to this particular Hungry Howie's. The order was accurate and ready before their... estimated completion time of 15 minutes. I don't like giving bad reviews but this was coming i ordered three pizzas tonight plus gave a tip. One pizza was burnt,... couldn't eat the bread just ate the toppings.Second pizza wasnt cooked all the way which was a deep dish pizza again had to takeof the toppings and eat that because it was so doughy. But the third pizza which was free and thin crust do to my rewards wasActually right. I don't know what's going on there. Read more
