I?ve ate here over the past couple days while home searching. The staff are incredibly welcoming and very attentive. My servers... have been Brianna (a new hire who acts as if she?s been there for a long time), Lauren and Emily. All of them were exceptionallygreat and I?ve not had a bad experience yet. They made sure to come check in on how my food and drinks were constantly, so theservice was absolutely phenomenal in that regard. Read more
Felt bad for bar tender. Jerk dudes heckling her while I'm just in there for a beer and a bite and she looked... miserable. *UPDATE* They contacted me back and thanked me for my input. In all honesty; looks aside she seemed like a reallysweet person. Maybe I'll be back soon... Read more
Madison was our waitress and she was kind enough get all the waitresses together to sing Happy Birthday to the kids. The food... was great, and I've always heard that the car shows at Hooters restaurants are good- well we timed it right because one wasalmost wrapping up when we arrived and it was a really good car show with a wide variety of vehicles represented. I ordered Hooters today on my way home from work. 30 wings. All flats. I went to pick it up at 5 o?clock. And started driving... home. When I arrived at home and open up the boxes, the wings looked over fried and burned, with no hooters sauce at all. Thewings were dry and had no flavor. Called the restaurant to complain and requested to speak with the manager. He said that if wewant sauce, we had to request it. We?ve been eating Hooters for almost 10 years and have never had this happen before. TheManager at the Ocala restaurant was rude and unhelpful. Would definitely never eat there again. Wings and beer were great. Services was just ok , bartender is very dry. Nobody that works there smiles and they are on there... phone the entire time. Definitely need a new manger and someone that cares. It needs to be inviting and a good environment forthe customers. Read more
