Four out of 4 times that I ordered my sandwich online and it was not made right or was just terrible. Today, I asked for extra... toasted bread and not toasted at all. Told the employee, "My sandwich doesn't look toasted." Her reply, "You asked for a coldsandwich." What does toasting the bread have to do with a cold sandwich? Last week, the bread was so soggy, I threw it away. The week before, all the meat was in the middle. The week before that, bread not toasted. If you're going to eat at thisplace, order inside and watch them. I get a sandwich every Saturday for work. I'm done. Now, going to go back to Plublix. Not satisfied with them at all! Read more

I have never been to a Firehouse Sub and been disappointed until tonight... First the bread is stale and the amount of meat and... condiments on my sub was not worth the money I just spent. Definitely would have asked for a refund if not for the fact I wouldhave to drive back 20 miles and it's not worth the gas money. There is a sub way right beside me but I chose to drive all theway to Firehouse because usually they are worth the money. Never going back to this again.. Read more

Don?t go !!! Employees are rude and look dirty. The place was a mess in every way. I went in for a meatball sub but was told... after 7pm they don?t make meatball subs anymore. I should come in before 2pm to ensure the sub. I?ve been to others in thevillages with no problem and great service but this place needs a new set of employees that care ! Read more

What can I say, it's Firehouse subs. As usual I had the ham and cheese sub and a chocolate chip cookie. Still very very good... food for a fair price. They were busy, and yet I got my sub and under 10 minutes pretty good guys. Read more

Ordered online and they made my food right away instead of for what time I put for pickup. The subs were ice cold, falling... apart and just not edible. Waste of money if you order online. Read more

It?s not reassuring when the employees aren?t wearing hairnets or hats while preparing your food. If they?re cutting corners at... something as simple as wearing a hairnet, who knows what else they?re doing. Food prep safety is really important to keepcustomers safe. This is second time I have come here and they haven?t been wearing hairnets or some type of head covering tokeep the hair out of the food. Management needs to be replaced if they can?t run a business properly. Read more

I normally order a large hook and ladder sub and split it with my wife. This time she wanted meatballs with no bread so i was... free to pick any sub i wanted. I chose the steak and cheese because it looked awesome on the menu. Boy was i disappointed when iopened the sub. They clearly must have had at least two fingers on the scale when measuring how much meat to add to a subbecause what i got was barely enough for a mini! What a disappointment, and here it is not even 30 minutes later and in stillhungry. We used to always enjoys our subs at this location but the quality has seriously faded during this pandemic. I knowtimes are challenging but that's no excuse for letting this sort excuse for a sub leave your establishment. I doubt I'll beback for awhile. There's always good old faithful publix deli subs who don't skimp on the meat or the fixings. Read more

Always love their subs. No matter which location I go to, I am never disappointed. The staff is always courteous and polite.
